The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean, plenty of towels. The store on the main floor was open until 11 p.m. and we were able to buy a toothbrush. We had a meal in the bar/bistro and the staff person was very welcoming and gave good service.

Noise in the hallway outside our room at about 3 a.m. (guests?). We had some difficulty finding Wynford Drive off Eglinton Ave. On arrival, the desk clerk added $100 to our bill (security deposit?). Will this be returned?

The staff was great and would definitely go out of their way for you!! The bartender Dan was great and made some tasty drinks he also give us some great ideas on what to check out while in the city!! We checked in late and The front desk staff Was very friendly And helpful. The cleaning staff was great also very friendly And helpful.

So the hotel is a little bit older there are a few things Like the doors not shutting properly Which also includes the elevators. The atrium over the pool it's amazing but it also needs maybe a Coat paint And a little bit fixing up Nothing crazy just little things, also no microwave or chairs on our balcony/room Which I seen on other people's balconies from the outside?

room was comfortable. Beds were good. The server at breakfast was very nice and quick to refill the coffee. Everyone was nice.

There was no shampoo or conditioner. I asked several times and they kept saying we will send it to your room. Eventually they came and installed wall mounted ones. They didn't tell us they were doing this and it was very disruptive. The management and cleaning staff were not communicating well at all.

This hotel was amazing! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and the staff could not have been more friendly. The room was spacious and was exactly what we were looking for in terms of a good place to sleep and keep our things while we spent the majority of our time in the city.

The floor of the bathroom was weirdly warm, almost as if it was heated. It was very uncomfortable, but not entirely unmanageable.

Booked 4 rooms for a family event and Toronto Don Valley Hotel exceeds our expectations. Nice staff. I liked how the room was big/spacious for a Queen room and a two double bed with a balcony. Beds are comfy as well.

It would be nice if the rooms have kettles or some of the rooms have microwave as well. Food should be allowed in the pool areas -But remind the people to clean afterwards.

Good central location. Pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) are good. I actually liked the burger from the restaurant, even if it is McDs. Tasted good!

Half of the machines in the gym do not work. Shouldn't have to pay to park if you're staying there. Staff could be friendlier. I had to go to the desk 4 times to get a new key card (they kept malfunctioning) and the people at the desk said it was my fault.

Liked the amenities. Good selection of parking options at a reasonable price. Both pools were in excellent condition with plenty of towels and chairs/loungers. Breakfast had a great selection of hot food. Ordering a taxi was easy and quick. The staff all around were easily understood and very helpful.

The room had a kind of musty moldy smell at first, but must not have been used for awhile. It was fine, got used to it and no I'll effects afterwards.

I liked that the property was a 10 minute car ride to all the activities we planned for our trip. It was easy to grab an Uber and go anytime we wanted. It was nice to be able to have the option to refrigerate and heat up food as well. We really loved our little balcony too! Loading and unloading the car was super easy. We felt like convenience was really highlighted with all the amenities offered.

I wished the bath towels were bigger, but not really a big deal. We wished the coffee maker used the pods we brought, but again not the hotel’s fault.

The staff were really friendly and always smiling. The 2 pools were really nice and well maintained. The entire hotel was very clean and looked upscale.

The bed was a little too soft for my liking, my back was a little sore each morning I woke up. The room had a bleach smell that was tickling my nose, we kept the patio door open to air out the room the best we could which helped a bit.

Was my first stay and it was a great stay it was spacious clean and comfortable..we all enjoyed staying there and will surely be coming back the don valley is and will be our first choice as long as we are staying in Toronto, once these service doesn’t change thank you don valley.

There was only 2 elevator working so there was a lot of people waiting and the only elevator takes a While luckily was on the third floor…but after a exhausting day I wouldn’t like climbing stairs. But otherwise everything was exceptionally
