Very nice property in a central location, well-maintained and with great staff support. I especially enjoyed sitting in the patio. All areas of the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of tasty selections.

The initial room I given was too close to a conference/banquet room and I had to endure for several hours the noises and loud music from a birthday party that was taking place. I contacted the Front Desk staff and the issue was remedied when I was moved to a very nice and spacious junior suite. I was surprised that although I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I was not offered or granted access to the Concierge Lounge.

Great pool and breakfast buffet had a good variety of indonesian/ asian and western selection. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. You can book a taxi to the airport for 300,000 IDR and it takes about an hour. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. There is a supermarket across the street, some restaurants- convenient yet very heavy traffic.

The lounge and elevators had advertisements for local craft beer, but it was not available. We came from Lake Toba and had to drive through the downtown traffic to get to the hotel- that was our poor job of researching ahead of time

We wanted to book trips to go around the outskirts of Medan, see Lake Toba, the orangutans etc. And the hotel staff and conceirge were very helpful. They booked us taxis and helped explain to us where to go etc. Very good experience!

Breakfast buffet was superb. They serve street food like mie ayam, bakwan, lontong. All are very delicious. We don't have to go out to find street food anymore. The hotel is very clean n bed is comfortable. Very fast chk in n chk out. Strongly recommended to stay.

Everything from the reservation team, front desk team, f&b team, pool and gym team, airport transfer in and out, everyone was helpful and smooth., breakfast was the best! Recommended and surely we will be returning to Four Points Sheraton Medan. Perhaps we can get a better view room too? 🤭 Thank you for the great experience.

Everything was very good . Especially the restaurant team that prepare twice pick up breakfast and the laundry team that clean our shoes and cloths within few hours ! Reception team was also very polite and helpful!

Next room TV was very loud

The bar lounge ambience n lighting could be so much better, too bright n not so cozy. The check out counter should have more staff to speed up the check out process in the morning instead of 1 staff to attend to so many matters at the front desk.

I booked a Business guest room with king size bed but was given a twin bed instead. Reason given was it was fully booked which I find it strange it did not indicate that it was full when I make the booking. The breakfast is really bad

Everything you could need in walking distance or in the hotel itself. Very clean and good facilities as well as welcoming staff 😊

restaurant and reception staff totally exceptional. enjoyed my stay there. housekeeping was efficient. breakfast was superb lots of veriety to choose from.

staff manning the cars entering the hotel not very pleasant. should have more people skills in dealing with the drivers and its passengers.
