I always enjoy the Hampton Inn and always stay at one if there is one close. I love the beds and the pillows. It's very comfortable.

The only thing I was on the fence about at this hotel was the hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Instead of individual personal size bottles, they have refillable bottles on the wall. Which were all very clean, and I love the fact that they are reducing waste. Hence being on the fence, I am so leary of other people tampering with them.

Property was attractive and inviting. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable as was the bed which is important to me. Breakfast was provided but we went out for breakfast. I think there was a microwave and fridge in the room but we didnt use them. Room was well lit and had a window for outside light. We used the back entrance with our digital key on phone after checking in to provide id which was close to where our car was parked. I would stay at the hotel again.

Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities like a coffee machine and small fridge. The bathroom was very well kept and clean. Looks like the management makes sure the hotel is very well maintained. They also serve a good breakfast in the morning. Good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel also offers a good WiFi connection that does not drop. The hotel staff also provides good customer service and are very friendly. The check-in and checkout process is also very quick and efficient. For a small town, I think this hotel comes highly recommended for any traveler who wants to stop over on their way to Dallas or Amarillo. Overall good decent, clean hotel.

The only thing that I can think of that I did not like at the hotel is the price per night. Other than that, I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

They need to update their address on the website and in their confirmation emails. Neither said Western Trail DRIVE, and because of that, we spent 7 extra miles looking for it. It was actually in a very convenient location.

The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast had nice offerings and they kept it well stocked.

We had a room that had an adjoining door. Our neighbors were very noisy and didn’t calm down until after midnight. Unfortunately they started up again shortly before 7am. It made for a short night, which wasn’t great on a long road trip.

Check in experience set a good tone for our stay. She moved us to a room on the 1st floor and we appreciated that. This was the first of 3 nights out so I'm a little vague on this one but there were no negatives.

The welcome by the front desk lady was excellent. We enjoyed a nice chat during the welcome hour, and my dog was treated and greeted royally.

Nothing comes to mind about the hotel. In the morning, there were a couple (guests) who sort of "freaked" at my 🐕.. as a rule, I'm not keen on people who don't like dogs, but that is my problem, certainly not the hotel's.

The manager was super helpful. We were in a jam and she went above and beyond and helped us.

The YouTube channel on the TV was useless all it does is have videos for Hampton in. Kind of a dub feature.

The breakfast was nice, the staff attentive and friendly. Location is convenient from the Interstate and parking space is ample. Facility looks very clean and update.

Cost is rather high for the accommodation. Breakfast while nice could be better, it is below what other similar price range hotels offer.

Hotel and staff were awesome. Upon entering the hotel the first thing my husband said was "this place smells so good". Front desk recommended a local place The Rusty Spur for dinner. We had the best steak we have ever had, and it was just around the corner.
