They moved my room quickly when I reported an issue. Staff was great. They had my clothes sent out, cleaned and delivered same day. They extended my day when asked. Breakfast was decent.

First room had what looked like wrappers and food under the bed. I didn't notice until evening when I sat in the chair and saw the view under the bed in the mirror. The second room had nails openly sticking out in the closet. I didn't say anything but a repairman did ask me one morning if I was comfortable with him repairing it so they must have had it on a list to be done. I appreciated that he was willing to wait until I checked out.

The hotel is very well positioned. Right next to the train station and bus station. Across the street from the Mall, but where the pedestrian streets begin. I rented a room for 2 adults and 2 children on the 11th floor, with a double bed and two bunk beds. The view from above of the city, very beautiful. The room had carpet on the floor but with the strict necessities.

We didn't like the bathroom. The bathroom is small, the shower and the toilet together, separated only by a shower curtain that didn't do its job, the water got everywhere. The bathroom door had a 5cm gap at the bottom and you could hear everything you did in the bathroom and the very thin plywood walls. The breakfast is very little and poor.

Everything was as expected. The room was very tidy, and the bunk bed was surprisingly comfy. I had a huge bathroom, almost as huge as the room itself. The view from the 11th floor was very lovely. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall and the old town. The room had everything that was promised. The wifi was working well too.

The elevator was quite loud in the room I stayed at, but not much could be done about it, I guess. It was quite chilly in the room but not cold enough to be a big issue, I just had to wear a sweater. The breakfast felt very poor, I would skip it next time.

The Captain's room was just right for my short stay. Bed was comfortable, a kettle was provided, the bathroom was clean with a nice big shower, there was plenty of hot water, and the room was warm. There was a desk to sit at if I needed to. The TV was good, and I managed to plug my Amazon firestick into its HMDI slot and get that working with a VPN installed, to keep up-to-date with the news from home. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main shops of Vejle, and just 5 mins from the train and bus station. There is a bus to Billund airport which cost about £7 one way and took 20 - 30 mins. The bus routes are plentiful, reasonably priced and easy to use. They use a zone system, and you buy a ticket from a machine for the zone you're travelling to before boarding. And from Vejle station, the train to Copenhagen takes about 2 hours. A supermarket is also very close to the hotel. Breakfast was worth it for me, as that set me up for the day. I didn't feel I needed much for lunch after having a big breakfast. The danish bread varieties at breakfast were excellent and the waffle maker in the breakfast area was a nice touch!

Biggest issue was I was on the 4th floor and I don't like going in lifts or waiting for the lifts (there were two small ones), but there are no stairs down from the 4th floor upwards, apart from the emergency stairs, which sets of the alarm if used. Also, the aircon in the room didn't seem to work, so the room was a little warm at night, so I had to open the window to get some cooler air in (this was in October).

First we got a room on the top floor (11th) but it was very hot and the airco didn't work. We were able to change the room to the first floor, where the temperature was fine. The hotel is located close to the train/bus staryion, only a short walk. Breakfast was ok, for example bread, cheese, vegetables, yogurt, granola, corn flakes, some fruit and you could make your own pancakes, which was great for the kids.

At first, I was a bit suspicious about what to expect after I read reviews. However, the single room is quite a great choice if you travel alone + I was on 6th floor, and had a nice view from the room. I was also able to open my window, so it was an overall pleasant experience. The location is perfect though, the cinema, city center, train station is right nearby the corner!

The breakfast. It certainly does not worth 99 kr. The bread is not fresh, the fruit choice is poor, coffee tases horrible, and you can have a much better breakfast in Lagekagehuset in the city center/train station for the same price. Or any other bakery, since they have a better choice of bread. Also, if you're more than 1.8m tall - the beds will be your nightmare. I am 1.6m tall, and the bed was "tight" for me. Regarding the reviews, it seems that all windows of double-bed rooms are facing the street, therefore the windows can not be opened. Please, keep it in mind if you travel in summer.

After over 25 yrs last visit went back to Denmark for 1 week and stayed at 3 Cab-Inns, this was the first-and the best. Room was a bit larger, esp. bathroom and view from window on high floor quite nice. Very friendly helpful reception staff

Very convenient location in the center of Vejle within a short walking distance from the train and bus station. The room is basic, but this is the whole idea behind this Cabinn chain concept. Overall good value for money.

On day one of my stay there was vary strong smell of cigarettes on my floor. It was so intense that I could smell it even in my room. However, I assume it was not the fault of the hotel, but rather of some churlish guests who try to smoke inside even though it is prohibited.

Great location, exseptional view, easy to find, very quiet and comfortable. Special thanks for wather kettle in the room. Velje has very few places to drink hot tea, so hotel saved our day :) Also, our booked room was somehow occupied, but we have got bigger one with no exstra charge.

Bathroom floor was freasing. A smal carpet could fix that.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - really close to the bus station and the centre of the city. I was given an upgraded room and able to check in a little early which was really good. The lady at breakfast was really friendly, nice choice of food too

My room was really warm, so a fan in the room would have been really good. A second pillow would have been too, I'm sure if I'd bothered to go downstairs to reception and asked they would have oblidged
