Transport of the bottles and other staff in the corridor once a day. Lots of noise. Not possible to sleep during that issue in the misdle of the day.

Check in was very welcoming. the location was great. they fixed the elevator within a few hours of our arrival. breakfast was an additional 10 Euros, but it had a variety of choices. They welcomed our pets, no questions or extra fees.

The elevator wasn't working at first and we had to lug our luggage 4 floors. People were smoking in nearby rooms. The rooms and hallways were smaller in size than most hotels. The hotel was within the ZTL. Knowing what to do before checking in would be helpful for travellers with cars.

A lovely hotel with very nice staff - all were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice, the location is in town center so a big bonus as you're close to everything you need. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants are in very close vicinity so very comfortable. Room is a bit small but was acc. to our expectations. Good choice if you want the location in Montova city center.

Breakfast can have a bit more variety but nevertheless, fresh and welcoming.

Comfortable and right in the centre. It's only a 15 minute walk from the railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm really going to have to think hard because there was only one thing slightly wrong. I have to write three sentences so here's a filler one. My room I think was next to the central air conditioning unit so was a bit noisy at night.

the hotel is very centrally located, very friendly and helpful staff. There is an elevator for the luggage. My room was very clean, and comfortable and fulfilled all my expectations. The hotel is very quiet. Good prize for the quality. Would come back again any time.

Very little, but if I had to say one thing maybe the fact that our room only has 1 mirror and it was in the bathroom which made it difficult for a couple to get ready at the same time.

Wonderful location with a great view. Comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Helpful reception staff. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. 15 minutes from railway station on foot.

Breakfast was poor. Served in the cafe, hotel guests have to have the coffee from the machine and not barista coffee from the counter. Many guests were baffled by this. Hot food was tepid and greasy.

Excellent location and great breakfast. The garage close by worked out great. It is a very old historic building- but still a well functioning hotel. Nice staff.

aircon didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was limited…. but we didn’t need either, so no worries.

The location, right beside the ducal palace, couldn't be bettered. The room was compact, but sparkling, and the staff efficient.

One small gripe - the fridge in the room was right beside the bed - and it was a bit noisy during the night.
