The room and the whole interior we saw in the building was very clean and looked very well maintained. We have stayed at much more expensive hotels that were not as well presented! The room and bathroom were both really lovely and everything felt like high quality fixtures and fittings. My wife commented that the lighting in the bathroom was excellent and made applying her makeup so much easier than doing so in the majority of hotels. Overall, a lovely experience and we also liked the booking in system, very quick and efficent, receiving your key like that. Also, the EV chargers were a reason for booking, going forward, I think an additonal couple of chargers will only help with people booking the hotel. Congratulations Fiona, you have an excellent establishment. We'll be back.

The self check-in was very straightforward and only took a minute to enter my surname on the screen outside the front door in order to retrieve my room card. Plenty of parking spaces available. My room was very quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also, I heard no chatting etc from the neighbouring rooms, which made for a quiet night.

I was expecting a little more for the 'superior double' price I paid. I believe it was approximately £150 for the night. This is alot of money to stay in what I felt was rather more of a 'small double ' than superior... I was toying with paying for the standard or superior, but ultimately, I was sold on the latter because the pictures online depicted parquet wooden floors in much more luxury looking rooms. Also, I was expecting a minibar as stated in the description for room, but I didn't seem to have one. And just a suggestion, a spare blanket would be good now the nights a turning rather chilly.

Traditional house with modern refurbishment.10-15 min walk from Montpellier area. Our bedroom was on top floor with pleasant view. Spacious bathroom and plenty of applies for hot beverages in room. Communal areas downstairs were nicely finished and comfortable with an honesty "shop".

Only complaint would be the freestanding a-c unit in the room although it looked the part, it was completely duff as it sent out more heat from its motor than cold. We had a very stuffy stay/ poor sleep due to this. We had to switch off the unit and leave both windows open but was still too warm.

Our stay at Beaumont House was an absolute gem and the highlight of our vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable, and both the shower and bath were amazing. The view of the hill from our room was stunning and added to the tranquility of the experience. The hotel was super quiet, allowing for a restful stay. We stayed in two different rooms, and both had an exclusive and thoughtfully designed decor. Great pubs and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel also provided tea and milk in the room, and you could buy beer and soft drinks from the fridge in the common room. One of the best features was the A/C, which was a lifesaver during the extremely hot weather. Overall, this hotel offered exceptional comfort and convenience, making it the best stay of our trip.

Beaumont House is my go-to hotel when staying in the area and it never disappoints. The whole house is immaculate with no scruffy, grotty or tired bits anywhere. They don't serve food (which I knew before I booked so I'm not going to mark them down for it) but they do have a selection of muffins and breakfast bars, plus a selection of coffees and teas, which works for me. There are a great selection of cafe's, bars and pubs just 5 minute walk away. Fiona and the team are amazing, being friendly and helpful, making your stay as comfortable as it can be. Highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing, not even a titchy thing.

We liked the spacious bedroom and bathroom, and had a fantastic view from our bedroom window, looking out over Cheltenham and to the hills beyond. There was plenty of parking just outside the house. Our bedroom, the dining room and the lounge were clean and beautifully decorated.

We thought that muffins and chewy bars were strange things to have for breakfast, and cannot see the point of having a dining room if a proper breakfast is not provided. However, we were aware of this arrangement before we arrived, but booked this hotel because we were attending a relatives party, just down the road.

Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic. Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.

Minor point, but as you approach the hotel from Bath Road, there is no signage visible. The sign appears only to be visible from the other direction.

Ideally located with free parking, a short walk from lovely shops, cafes and restaurants, and not a long walk from the town centre. Self check-in was quick and easy, the place was spotlessly clean and very quiet.

The free breakfast was lovely but some vegan friendly options including alternative milk for coffee would've been a nice touch. The towel rack in the bathroom seemed to be on permanently with no way of turning it off making the bathroom a bit like a sauna. Minor points on a lovely stay though.

Overall a good stay over Easter. (1) Location was good for us as we drove, and were visiting the Cotswolds villages, and accessible to restaurants in Cheltenham (especially if you are driving); (2) Value for money is good; (3) Bathroom is really nice and clean; (4) Large and easily accessible car park; (5) Good and sound-proof windows

However, there are a few issues: (1) The bed sheet and duvet cover wasn't fully clean, with some small stains - although it was acceptable; (2) No breakfast available; (3) Sound-proofing within the hotel isn't the best (e.g. between the room and the corridor); (4) (Applicable only for those driving electric car) The electric car charging cannot be left overnight, and the pricing was obscure

The room was really big, as was the bathroom. I enjoy my room being left alone after I arrive and every day, there were fresh towels outside of my room - definitely a positive. The breakfast offerings were perfect for me and always readily accessible. If you have social anxiety, they have an automated check-in process that took no time at all. Overall a great price for a great stay.

The bed was super uncomfortable and took me a couple days to get used to, though bed-feel is always subjective so I won't knock it.
