The rooms are well equiped and nicely set up. The service we received was very friendly and very uncomplicated. The breakfest was everything we wanted with a lot of variety in bread and other food like fruits and eggs.

Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly soundproofed so you can hear basically everything. In the morning you could hear some kind of pump (probably from the pool on the roof) and neighbours showering, which is unfortunate for late sleepers.

Totally new appartments with big, modern shared kitchen. Pool on the roof top with a fantastic view! So modern New and fresh.

To check in you need to go to hotel HS Milfontes Beach 800 meters away from Lazy Dayz. Crazy as you then have a code to the main door in the building and then to your room. I mean think that all this including scanning of passport could have been done online. We had a car so no worries but if you come to the bus station, right next to Lazy Days then you have to drag your big suitcase all the way down to check in and then up again. to Lazy Days.

The room on the 1st floor is really 4star hotel. Great bed, great bathroom, airco. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus and the cafe downstairs has a fresh bakery with the best stuff. Reception staff and cleaning were very kind and friendly

It may be our mistake, but we missed that the "living room" annex kitchen is a shared space. No problem. Just realize there is no cooking option. We had a room on the back side with a balcony, but the air conditioner or exhaust from the kitchen was quite noisy until 1am. Too bad that some of the café staff were ill tempered.

The girl that receive us was not nice

Good location, close to the market, cafes, shopping and easy parking options. The shared facilities were perfect, as there are only 7 apartments it's a nice space to make a cup of tea, enjoy a chat. We enjoyed the pool area during the day and to watch the sunset in the evening. Vila Nova de Milfontes is a gorgeous little seaside spot to easily while away a few days.

Very nice accommodations, The rooftop pool and lounging area was outstanding for a late evening drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us set up. Plesent little town with great dining options within easy walking distance. And of course, there's great beaches nearby.

My only complaint was that we only had time to spend one night!

Close to town, short walk to beach. Beautiful location in a town as yet largely undiscovered by the tourist masses. The gelataria downstairs is super dangerous!

It is a room on a upstairs place, like an apartment. It is very clean, the room has private bathroom, air conditioning, smart tv, mini-bar fridge and a bright window/semi balcony. All spotless.

The living room/kitchen is a shared space. We didn't know, maybe they could clarify this detail on the description. We could hear what was going on on other rooms.

The room was beyond the expectations and including all the comforts: hair dryer, safe locker, mini frigo, fresh towels everyday and soap and shared kitchen. The cozy swimming pool was available on the rooftop 24/7 and accessible just to the guests. The staff was very kind and available for support us at the check-in. The breakfast was not included, but the caffetteria downstairs offered a variety of options and great coffee.
