Booking online was easy and when I called to ask questions about check in and check out, staff was able to answer questions. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Overall I would stay here again.

I had reserved online for 2 children and 3 adults. When we arrived, we did not have the appropriate amount of towels/wash cloths for this number of people in the room. I had to go and get more. I had also asked if the rooms were adjoining and I was told no, however, we discovered that the rooms were adjoining which was a bonus, however, the staff misinformed me. It was also confusing that I was billed differently for both of my rooms based on who was staying where. we had 2 children and 1 adult in 1 room and 2 adults in the other. One room was $68 per night and the other was $76 per night. Exact same rooms. It also would have been nice if extra things had been put in the rooms such as toothbrushes and toothpaste since we had a late check in.

Good location, easy check in and check out, friendly staff, good price for the accommodations, comfortable bed, close parking to room, requested 1st floor room and received it. Nice maintenance man repaired TV remote that didn't work right away. Clean sheets and towels.

Room needed updating but was comfortable. Loud, screaming woman on second floor for a few minutes one night but that was corrected, no hair dryer in bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and the accessible bathroom was really nice.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaned a little better maybe mopped with bleach, also a shower curtain would be good since the roll in shower gets the whole bathroom floor very wet and puddles in spots.

Very clean and nice room . Receptionist at check in and out was very nice and efficient.

The toilet wasn't filling., but my handyman BF by adjusted the chain. For us this wasn't a big deal. No other problems

the room was a good value for the money. My pet was welcome. The parking lot had lights bright all night

the bed seemed a bit small for a King. Not real comfort but not unfortable. A pillow topper would have helped.

Very clean, the bathroom had been recently renovated and the housekeeper was very nice.

The receptionist checking us in was very very rude.

Unique design, peaceful atmosphere, no zombies perambulating at odd hours of the night. I love that!
