Such a beautiful apartment, well appointed with a fabulous view of the sea and surrounding area. it was spotless and truly a pleasure to stay in. The little terrace with dining area is a big plus. Walking distance to shop, restaurants, bars and the boardwalk 👍
it was perfect for a medium to short stay.

The apartment is so beautiful and everything quite new with a perfect sea view. It was really luck to find such a nice accommondatipn. Sara is an amazing person and allways trying to help. Thank you very much. I will come back soon.

Nice location, really close to the water and beach. Everything you need in walking distance. Comfortable beds and pillows. A lot of storage for clothing and other items in the room. Some plates, cutlery, cups and cleaning supplies were provided which is nice even though there was not a full kitchen in our room.
Noisy, we were close to the main hallway and reception. The door did not insulate sound at all. Noises from other rooms above were also easily heard. The storage was mostly for hanging clothing, so not very usable in all situations. Maybe some extra drawers somewhere would be nice.

The location is superb, the residence looks very impressive from the outside with terraces and balconies directly overlooking the sea. Riva Ligure the town is a real hidden gem with ancient streets & warren of alleyways, couple of churches and plenty of good restaurants and bars, I think I counted 22. You get a taste of real Italy, watched two big UEFA matches on a screen at a local bar. Worth being there for the atmosphere alone.
The room allocated was a dark ground floor room at the back. So I changed it to a suite upstairs with balcony and sea view. After paying the difference but it was very dated and could do with modernising. But the balcony made up for that.
