I liked the location, making it easy to get around. Reception, concierge and room cleaning staff exceptional service! Only had breakfast there, was exceptional!

I was frustrated by lack of restaurant/cafe facilities before 5 pm. It is normal to want a cup of coffee and cake mid afternoon. But nothing open. Not a full service hotel, is not clear on your website? Room very dark, with dark balcony, dark walls and floor. Maybe a proper light in the middle or move the chandelier to middle if room. Quite depressing to spend time in room. Everything dark. Frustrated in that you promote a pineapple cake! But nowhere does it say to book this in advance. When we wanted, we were only then told we had to book 3 days in advance. We were talking about it for 3 days with no idea we had to pre- book. So, we missed out!!!!!

The location of the hotel is wonderful and it is surrounded by great food options. The hotel has a great design and it was a pleasure to stay here. Each evening we enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel bar, which had very nice cocktails. The minibar is well-stocked, with a coffee machine, a selection of teas and snacks. The staff is very helpful and it a pleasure to stay here.

The hotel has not many facilities. In the winter months, the pool cannot be used, and the hotel does not have a gym.

Amazing boutique hotel in a foodie district of Taipei, the hotel is easy to get to by the MRT, and there are tons of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel cocktail bar is a great spot as well. The rooms were luxurious and staff friendly and helpful. An amazing stay!

Breakfast was a full-service kind of experience, it would have been good to choose something more "grab and go" as some days we wanted to get out of the hotel and explore quickly.

The hotel is quirky but beautiful. The location is absolutely unbeatable - it is in the middle of everything in a fantastic part of Taipei. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Basic room is on the compact side notwithstanding the technical size, but it was still a lovely space and I appreciated the design details.

Amazing location, so much to explore right at the hotel's doorstep. We arrived late at night and were still able to find delicious food just down the street. The rooftop pool was also lovely. Staff were also very helpful in giving recommendations and making reservations.

The room corridors were very dark, and the room doors very heavy (hard to push open). The showers had great water pressure but were shaking / vibrating a lot while the water was running which was a bit unsettling, but I'm sure with a bit of tweaking it can be fixed!

Excellent location, beautiful and quiet room with a huge bed, very efficient and friendly staff. Special thanks to Spud who was always so helpful and booked a great Japanese restaurant for us !

We were truly disappointed with the breakfast. Very little choice, no sliced fruits, no corn flakes, no pancakes or cakes, just a croissant and a small piece of bread+ one individual platter; tea served in a small cup, no tea pot. No buffet, so that we had to to wait endlessly every morning ( during CNY there was only one cook and one waiter in the morning; the waiter hardly spoke English).

Location is well situated. Even in an animated area, still having the quietness during stay. The choice of bedding & the cocktail bar in hotel is one of best experience.

Having Chinese breakfast for guest is better than only western one, as it’s one of important culinary in Taiwan that you can’t find nowhere oversea (congee with different side dishes for exemple). Then the problem of USB have to be solved as it become a norm for traveler nowadays, annoying of not having USB plug in room. Finally for traveler only visit Taiwan in winter time, having a pool with warm water will justify more the price, the roof top swimming pool is well designed & pity that the pool become kind of decoration that we can't fully enjoy the facility.

SUPERB room. Loved the design, feel, size, views, features, facilities etc. Was a really special place in a perfect location in Taipei!

I don't love the whole glass bathroom (with a curtain) trend but my hubby likes it. But don't let that put you off!

Hotel design is very unique.The location is near subway, sogo department and many restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast has just 4 sets for choosing which does not have juice.However, salmon set is delicious.

Very attentive friendly and efficient staff - Hotel is very clean private at an Excellent central location. Perfect for a couples get away - and I truly recommend The chic Cocktail bar at 3rd floor is a definite Bonus - it has a very creative menu we loved ⭐️
