Perfect location to the gondola and restaurants, amazing bed and room, housekeeping was perfect

Only 2 things , firstly, as the food was perfect we felt the wine was to expensive, paying £60 for a £10 bottle was quite steep, as other restaurants did also have a more reasonable option, and secondly, you have a beautiful spa area, which we were enjoying very much until we were joined by a number of naked Germans, we certainly arnt prudish but whilst relaxing didn’t really want to have to endure a variety of shapes , and also from a hygiene point of view sitting on the slabs in the sauna

We enjoyed the beautiful mountain setting and views from our little patio outside our room. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The bedding was clean and cozy and the room was quiet. The spa and wellness center was an amazing spot to relax and unwind after a busy day of travel. So peaceful. We enjoyed the lovely free breakfast in the morning. We only stayed one night, after taking the Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur, but it was just what we needed to recoup and be ready to travel again.

All and all a very pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. Very clean, very organised, very lovely stay. from the recxeption staff to the restaurant staff, all very professional. Facilities, including the gym, out of the top drawer. The restaurant menu was also very comprehensive and the food was good. Ample free underground parking available. Check-in and check-out seamless.

The place is very nice and the staff are the greatest. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make my mothers stay as pleasant as possible. Staff can make it or break it, they made it. Kudos to them. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

The place (like most of Switzerland) is not English speaker friendly. The signs are not dual language and even the tablet in the room was German only. (it should be pretty simple to add an English option) The staff did speak English and we figured it out. I would recommend management fixing this issue. There is no minibar in the rooms and no small fridge.

Newly renovated and everything is well designed for a ski trip.

There were a lot of guests with bathing suits in the textil free SPA area after 4pm. Usually that does not bother us, but there were a lot of guests which had no clue about Sauna etiquette which lowered the overall spa experience. For example people reserving spots in the sauna with a towel and going in and out repeatability every 5min.

The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was serene. We enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly:). Good wellness facilities e.g. steam room, provided for us to relax at the end of the day. Children can use the facilities too.

Planning is required upfront as we needed to take an approx 20 min bus ride to CHUR main train station. This bus comes every half-hourly.

The room we got was amazing with 2 floors. It was super comfortable, and the quality of all furnishings was TOP. The kids loved 💗 the kids play area. The proximity to the mountains was also a plus point.

The booking confirmation specifies that a reservation is required for the restaurant in the hotel. However I missed seeing this. After checking-in, when we went to the restaurant, we were told that it was full and a reservation was required. The restaurant manager was kind and offered to serve pizzas in the lobby (and not the full menu) - much appreciated 👍 but not sure why they couldn't serve the full menu because the dining area and lobby are adjacent to each other. In my opinion, a hotel with this rating should be able to accommodate all its guests. Otherwise what are hotel guests supposed to do? Also the information about the reservation should be made more visible to customers at the time of booking.

We liked everything about our stay. Nice location for skiing, great breakfast, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff really friendly.

When booking, we didn’t see any info about the wellness only being allowed for children between 14:00-16:00, since this is the time where we were all skiing !! From 16:00 onwards, no children are allowed and people were allowed to be naked. Would be good to mention that clearly in the rules and guidelines !

The hotel is new and has all the facilities you would need. Even if it's a 3 star hotel, it has a spa, gym, wet and dry sauna, a nice place to relax after the sauna, a ski-room (we went in summer, so we didn't use it), underground parking. There was an umbrella and a backpack in our room - to use if you want to go trekking. The staff was always helpful. Breakfast was nice and simple, but with enough options to suit everyone. The longest toboggan in Switzerland is at 3-4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We tried it and it was super fun.

We loved the possibility of electric charging in the garage, easily applied with the given Wi-Fi code on the panel. The restaurant was cozy, and the food was delicious. Upon arrival in our room bowls, a dog bed with a blanket, and a package of treats were placed for our furry baby's convenience. The room was spacious and warm, really homelike. Saunas were superb. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location with the unbelievably stunning scenery also spoke for itself.
