The location is great; very easy access and a good base to explore the island from. The pool was well maintained and cleaned, even in the off-season. From the front of the appartement there's a view with mountains and lots of green, very calming and not like many other places around the island where there are other appartements all around. You can easily walk to the nearest beach in 5 minutes. The appartement and kitchen had everything we needed and also provided an information folder with suggestions of places to visit.

The bathroom was clean but didn't smell totally fresh (probably the pipes). Soap provided but no shampoo.

overlooking the river canyon, which was peaceful and pretty. good a/c in the bedroom, lots of wardrobe space and hangers (a rarity). fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer & microwave. plus kettle and coffee machine. Nice to have a clean and linens change midway through stay. We requested a total of 5 pillows which we got, and a first floor apartment, which we got. Lovely little pool area with shower, good sunbeds and a covered seating area. Beautiful flowers. All very well thought out. Even a beach umbrella provided in the cupboard!

Didn't realize they allow dogs - the woman that was in the apartment next to us for the last 5 days had a small yappy dog that barked even if we got up in the night, when we moved about in the apartment or if someone walked past the front. It also set off the other 2 well behaved dogs downstairs, and the dog across the canyon. Maybe limit the amount of dogs or give them downstairs apartments? 2 very noisy boys moved in the last day, & were screaming and yelling in the pool until 7.30pm under our window - we noticed other guests were also looking annoyed at this. Maybe a sign saying quiet use of pool- no running, shouting etc? If they had been there throughout our stay we would have moved to other apartments

This is my second visit to this facility and certainly not the last. Clean and comfortable apartment on a quiet back street, 5 min to the bus stop, restaurants, markets and a beautiful beach. Spacious parking lot, quite large swimming pool. Comfortable outdoor seating area. Easy contact via Whatsapp, contactless check-in available even late at night. In the kitchen I found everything I needed to prepare a variety of meals for a week. Free coffee capsules, tea and sugar for the first morning. A nice view from the balcony encourages you to eat outdoors. Contrary to other opinions, I saw only one single mosquito. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Good quiet location, good kitchen facilities for money you pay. Friendly staff. The hotel for relaxing break if you have a quiet hotel guests at the same time with you at the hotel.

The cleaning doesn't exist, you have to clean your room and empty bins. Not sure if the swimming pool had been cleaned during a week at all, especially small swimming pool for kids was very dirty and the floor in it was slippery because it wasn't cleaned. Pigeons pooping around the swimming pool and sometimes in the water as well. Check out at 10am.

Family friendly accommodation, my son has severe allergy to few things since we are always looking for kitchenette, at playa galdana kitchenette was accessible and met our requirements

Excellent location. Although not in the centre, the fact that it is a bit further back makes it silent and perfect for resting.

Kitchen appliances are a bit dated. For some reason, the microwave didn't spin the dish. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

Perfect! Thoroughly enjoyable family holiday. Good to meet many different guests. Excellent swimming pool, very friendly housekeeping and reception. The apartment has everything we needed, plus more. Would gladly return.

Great location, easy check in, good communication and the cheapest place to stay in the while island. Note: it's MUCH better in real life than the pictures show! Also in the heat part of the island.

Secure safe weren't accessible but the area is not dodgy at all. Lock on door child be stronger.

Premises adapted to independent stay. The comfort of the rooms, a well-equipped kitchen. A quiet, peaceful place with a beautiful view five minutes from the lovely beach. What surprised us pleasantly, was a perfectly prepared guide / reference book with illustrations about local tourist attractions with access maps and useful information on bus connections, taxis, shops and medical points.

Perfect location to explore the island - no more than 35 minute drive to the furthest attractions. Lovely sheltered beach 10 min walk away with smaller waves even on windy days.
