Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, easy check in, location not too bad, your out of way from main hustle and bustle, but only a 20 mins walk to the square, if you arrive from the main train station, we got on the number 11 tram straight outside the station, use ticket machine at the stop it's easy, about 11 stops, we used Google maps, which is really good, the hotel is across the road and round the corner, but yes a quiet location but a nice walk back to the square and river etc. we went for Euros. First time in Germany, Frankfurt is a lovely place, I will definitely return to Germany and explore some more places. Thank you.

Only spending 3 days in Frankfurt. But we shall return.

Very convenient. Right next to metro station.

There was no mini fridge. I understand you want us to buy stuff from the hotel but I bought a few things to take back to my country that needs to be refrigirated. Also a standart room does not turn into a three person room when you turn the couch into a bed. When the couch is unfolded there is no space to turn around in the room.

We were very well received with the chance to check-in quite a lot earlier, they had two people which together spoke Spanish, English, Italian and of course German. Once in the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Next morning we had breakfast which was diverse and abundant.

The price was a bit too expensive for the quality offered. Although my experience was great, for the price I expected larger rooms and some additional ammenities. I was working from my room throughout the day and for 330EUR/night I'm used to not having to pay 3EUR for each cup of coffee, or for a water bottle. At night they have a menu with some basic food (Pizza, chicken nuggets, caesar salad) but when I asked for something they told me the kichen is closed (until further notice) and no food will be served, suggesting me to get delivery via an app or phone number.

The hotel is cheap and quiet, offering a free breakfast, which is a nice bonus. It’s located very close to the S-Bahn station, and the elevator brings you directly to the hotel entrance. Although there is a train station nearby, be aware that it doesn’t have elevators or escalators, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The area is quite convenient overall, with a supermarket and a DM store close by, making it easy to get any essentials during your stay.

Location is terrific, a few steps to th Ostbanhof U-bahn station. Super convenient to travel while as being quiet and peaceful. A varied choice of restaurants within a 600mtr radius - we were spoiled for choice. Hiroshi th Japanese restaurant we did manage to return to.. delicious food! Comfy rooms, with all required amenities. Good breakfast options and timings. Th breakfast staff were a little stiff.. but it’s alright. Th view from th room isn’t to die for but we did get a beautiful sunset on one side and were curious to see the trains going up and down on the other side. Again really quiet 🙂

Nothing really..

The friendly staff, including Serwan and Minh, provided excellent service right from check-in. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms. Its prime location is a major plus, with a metro station right in front of the hotel and buses and trams just a 2-minute walk away.

One downside was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I had an item that needed refrigeration, and unfortunately, it disappeared.

Room was clean. Breakfast was fairly good. The access from Frankfurt main station is very easy and the hotel is located right on the U-Bahn station

Location was slightly out of the main shopping areas and city centre. About a 15-20 min walk to the Old Town area. Room was large and more than adequate for a solo traveller. Not the best views as it overlooked train tracks but not noisy at all. Great shower. Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated having a lounge chair in the room. Breakfast was great with everything one would expect to start their day. Staff were helpful. Not too many options for eating out around the area. Train station right next door which was very convenient. From the airport (approx. 50 mins)a few stops to Konstablerwache then remain on the same platform for U6 heading towards Ostbahnhof. Would stay there again as it is good value for money.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. We could easily get around the city by taking the U6 located right beside the hotel. It’s clean and has a bunch of friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, too. We liked the breakfast options as well. We also enjoyed watching the New Year fireworks through the windows. The walk through the riverside park beside the European Central Bank was great, too. And there is Rewe, DM, Easy Apotheke, and a few good eateries nearby. It’s a nice place to be when you first land in Frankfurt or if you’re a visitor just passing by.

The TV. It is just a regular TV with German channels. To set up the options for smart TV, we need an access code or installation code. It is inconvenient especially when people do not know German to watch their shows.
