We had an exceptionally good overnight stay in this recently refurbished Valley Hotel. The check in staff were very helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom (bath and shower) was spotless, all the room's many facilities were perfect including the in-room air conditioner unit. In the morning the breakfast was exceedingly generous, and served by a very pleasant staff member. This was exceptionally good value for money. Thank you.

The Room although on the small side was very comfortable and had everything you would need No air conditioning but a cooling fan was in place still found the room very warm which would be nice in winter. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was on the main road you could here the traffic even at nighttime.The next time would ask for a room at the back of the hotel

The staff were so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Bottle of champagne the first night and bottle of red the 2nd night left in our room for my partners birthday. It was such a wonderful gesture. Family run hotel. Just amazing.

Staff each and everyone are extremely helpful friendly and caring…not just doing their job, but doing it with enthusiasm. Food in restaurant was beautiful and breakfast also, nice atmosphere throughout the place. Large carpark, and all usual room facilities.

Probably will go for the larger room next time, but the small one was ok also.

Everything was excellent from the minute we arrived. Room not ready so our suitcase was taken up to the room when it was ready. A lovely touch. A great start to our break. Food was excellent and staff a pleasure. We will definitely be back.

Maybe when we book again we would ask for a room towards the back and a walk in shower. But these are only trivial matters.

cannt comlain about any aspect of this hotel. I needed someonewhere to stay when travelling through and it met all my expectations. Staff were great!

Standard room is very small so i would definitely book the bigger room next time. Breakfast is probably the best cooked breakfast i have had in a hotel. Will definitely be back.

I arrived at the hotel with a flat tyre. Lisa at reception was so helpful and considerate. She organised Lakeland Tyres to come out the next morning. She was fantastic. The hotel is lovely and clean. The food was great. Thank you so much again.
