I loved the interior design of the property, my room décor was so beautiful, tasteful and of such good quality which made it a really luxurious experience. The room included a kettle, coffee machine and fridge which was so helpful. The location is fantastic, bed very comfortable and the property was kept incredibly clean. The best part of my experience was meeting the owner Margarida, who was so incredibly welcoming, hospitable and helpful. It is very rare to meet an owner so kind, helpful and wonderful to talk with. It is clear she cares so much about ensuring her guests have the best experience possible and goes above and beyond to make sure she can provide this. I SO enjoyed my experience and felt so well looked after as a guest.

My boyfriend and I recent experience at Vinnus Guesthouse in Ericeira, Portugal, was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the heart of Ericeira, this guesthouse boasts a stunning location matched by its beautiful ambiance. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the guesthouse and its surroundings. The picturesque setting added to the overall allure of our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. What truly set Vinnus Guesthouse apart was the exceptional service provided by Margarida and the two ladies at the reception. Despite an issue on our end, they went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrating kindness, patience and understanding. We will be 100% staying again

Great location, nice design, comfy beds

One of the reception attendants, does not sit at the reception at all. You can hear her giggling with her friends upstairs, quite loudly, for hours on end, which made us have to shut the windows. We asked to store our luggage after checking out, so she offered to store it behind the front desk, which of course is completely unattended. When we came back to get our valuable luggage, we just took it freely and nobody even noticed. To be fair, there is a bell that you can ring and she comes back down immediately. I don't think that this is a reason to pass on this charming hotel, and the other attendant (who might be the manager) was very friendly, helpful and was there, but I do think that management should address this issue.

Beautiful and cute guesthouse with well equipped rooms. Also location is awesome👌 right in the centre with access to the beach and restaurants barely mins away.

We had 2 rooms one street facing and one inside. The one from the street facing is nice during the day but at night there is noise from the street downstairs till 2am and we need to keep the doors open for the air. The room inside needs a table fan because no access to air besides the one window and it gets hot and claustrophobic at night. I think these rooms are more for couples than families bcoz then with kids you'll get noise complaints and can't really control kids noise esp during the day

Great location in the centre of town and quiet, probably due to the weather and the time of year. The room is well equipped with a good bathroom and nice toiletries. Being off season it was easy to park close by.

The PIN code access to rooms and front door is convenient, however, the number 9 on the key pad of the room seemed to be faulty, making it frustrating to access the bedroom. I know that pillows are a very personal issue but all the pillows in the room are so thick and firm that they were impossible to use.

I had the best night of sleep, very comfi bed and the room was cute and cozy. Very happy with the Nespresso coffee machine and little balcony overlooking the streets of ericeira centre. Lots of hot water in the shower and very friendly staff!

The bathroom was a bit small, I’m a tall person so not a lot of room to dry off after showering without hitting your elbows against something. Also, moldy spots on the ceiling

this is a really lovely little guesthouse in a fabulous location right in the centre-walkable to everything. The room is small but we knew it would be-its so very cute though with lots of thoughtful touches and decoration. Most importantly very clean, comfortable bed and bedding and hot shower. The staff are all sweet and helpful If you want total peace and quiet, this may not be for you as its quite lively in the street until midnight ish but it didnt bother us, the shutters help and we knew it was v central .

the toilet wasnt working properly

Joao at reception was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival, and the room was perfect for our two night stay in Ericeira. The location is very handy, and the O Pãozinho das Marias coffeshop is within 5 minutes for morning coffees and natas!

Not the fault of the property, but the earthquake we had at about 5:00 in the morning was a little unnerving :)

The guesthouse is located very close to the town center and a quick walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. My room was very bright, clean, and spacious, and even though it was overlooking the street (& not far from the square with evening Carnival activities) it was very calm and quiet inside. I had some difficulty getting the tv, lights, and hot water to work, but I made a quick message to the owner, and when I returned to my room, a staff person was there to show me how to make everything work (mostly due to my own ignorance 😉).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will stay there again. The only downside for me is that they don’t allow pets, so when I travel with my dog I will have to find a different accommodation.

The location was very convenient. Also the staff was very nice and helpful! Thank you so much!!

The only small drawback was that the walls are very thin so sometimes you can hear other guests. We understand it's an old building in the heart of of the town so it wasn't any problem for us but it's something to keep in mind when booking.
