We have problems to book in by booking.com needs to do 3 times and still I put for 2 people and when to Hotel System is showing 1 person only and they for extra money it was quite upsetting in a end they give us simple tine room in stead a luxury room for same amount next day I asked to stay more 1 night but em bigger room if available they give us a luxury room with balcony for extra 14 American dollars so that was really good we finally can relax and look around
I really don’t liked when we come to hotel exhausted they asked us for more money than they can organize room for us to stay- if something didn’t work in Hotel system that is hotel problem they need to solve that no meter what
