I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Mezbon Hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a warm and hospitable environment throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, reflecting a commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The hotel’s location is convenient, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities. However, my only minor concern was the noise level in my room, which faced the street. The bustling sounds from the outside occasionally disrupted the tranquility I sought during my stay. This made it a bit challenging to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep or relax fully in the room. Despite this setback, the positive aspects of my stay at Royal Mezbon far outweighed the inconvenience caused by the street noise. All deluxe rooms and suites offer street-facing views, making it essential to note that if a quiet room is preferred, booking a standard room is recommended. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall pleasant atmosphere.

Gorgeous 4☆ hotel! ( could be 5 ☆too) The best hotel in every way! Good restaurant, great spa, and mainly very nice manager, receptionists, staff! I can recommend this hotel to the most demanding guests too!!!

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They always went the extra mile to help whenever we needed anything. Room was spotlessly clean, and quite comfortable.

It was pretty disappointing that there isn't really a swimming pool. The pictures shown in the description are misleading, taken from a very low angle with a fisheye lens making it look much bigger than it really is. The actual pool is a 4x4 meter plunge pool, very cold, and only available if you pay extra to book the spa area. It's meant to dunk in after you sit in the sauna or steam room and is not suitable for swimming or for a family to play in. Breakfast was OK, but could have used better hot items. I came down around 9AM every day and most of the hot items were already gone.

Modern hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. Excellent value for money. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible to accommodate our requests. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Possibility to use the very small pool free of charge for my son to cool down a little after a day sightseeing in August. Would definitely book again whenever I am back in Tashkent. Stayed in a peer hotel before and liked the Mezbon better.

The indoor pool shown on the pictures which was the main reason for us booking the hotel turned out to be a very small unheated cooling pool designed to be used after going to the sauna.

I was made extremely welcome by all the staff at the Royal Mezbon. It is a little further from the centre than other places I’ve stayed in Tashkent, but that was no problem. The staff are brilliant, and their knowledge and soundness of advice, as well as their efficiency was very much appreciated! The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and shower! I took the opportunity to have a wellness massage, and the masseuse, Xadicha, was very professional and caring. I felt very relaxed and pampered, and my muscles recovered far more quickly than they otherwise would have! Most of all I loved the restaurant. The coffee, croissants and meals are superbly prepared, and I can’t fault the atmosphere it gives.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by a very professional and friendly young man at reception. Check in was really smooth and quick. We were offered a complimentary upgrade for the night to an executive room which was AMAZING! The room was incredible, so much so, that we would have happily paid for this and will do in future (we plan on returning). We later ordered drinks from room service and again were greeted by friendly staff. On check out we met two staff members, who again were wonderful, courteous and kind. Thank you Mezbon Hotel for making our last night in Uzbekistan so memorable :)

As usual , perfection in all aspects. This is become my go to address in Tashkent. Even recommended to my colleagues and they liked it very much. The propertiy manager Mr Farrux helped tirelessly, when faced with even the smallest hitches.

Too many options were missing on the menu of the restaurant Cuisine half way between Uzbekistan and Europe without meeting any of them. Very disappointed Ratio value/money ?

The staff at check-in upgraded my room free of charge. The room was super spacious: a big and comfy bad, a table with a chair, a little seating area, lots of storage, a spacious bathroom with ample counter space for toiletries. The room is nicely decorated and is simply well thought out and convenient. The bathroom had a hair dryer and toiletries. Breakfast was okay; lunch/dinner I ordered for room service was great, though. Spa needs a lot of work, but the masseuse is very skilful. What I really liked was that at checkout, the manager (owner?) asked me to provide feedback and carefully listened to all suggestions. He also offered a free airport transfer. That is a sign of great management, and I wish the hotel prosperity.

Very poor sound insulation of windows, so you can hear the street noise as if the windows were open :( the noise doesn't stop at night either, as the hotel is located on the busy street.

Returning back to the same place for all my business trips. The breakfast is awesome and the suhoor arrangements were exemplary. Kudos to the in-house restaurant staff and Samandar
