The room and amenities of this hotel are wonderful! The room was very spacious with a lots of room to store and spread out belongings. The larger fridge was so nice to have. Continental breakfast each morning was always ready and plentiful. The room was quiet, dark, and climate controlled. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable and seamless. We stayed here while attending a convention at Freeman Coliseum and couldn't have picked somewhere more convenient. With only a 3 minute drive down the road and free parking at the hotel, our stay was very affordable and practical. We went into downtown San Antonio on multiple days with no more than a 7-8 minute drive anywhere. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very well-maintained and clean but is an older builder so it comes with some of the expected charm of age. The hotel rooms have hard floors (laminate and vinyl) which makes it more noticeable when someone is walking around their room above yours. With the sound of the A/C unit, it was very muffled but still there. Earplugs would probably help. No other external noises otherwise (hallway or outside).

Everything was so absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and the a/c worked great. The room was so spacious with 2 queen beds then a fold out bed/sofa in nook between the restroom and the bed area, it's great. The pool was so clean, we went multiple times throught our stay and it was pristine every time. There are towels ready and folded for when you come out the pool and the elevator is right around that cornloveMy family and I loved how close everything is to the hotel, like literally anything you want or need is within like 10-15 mile radius. You name it it's there, a mcdonalds, popeyes, Starbucks, dollar tree and heb, a vape shop within a 5 mile radius then there's a Walmart, dennys,wendys,taco bell, kfc, wings top within 10 miles. It boggles my mind how conveniently located this hotel is. Then aside from the convenience of the location the staff are so friendly, welcoming and super accommodating. Throughout the evening and night I would look out the window and see Walter or yosh walking around the grounds with a flash light every single night and that made me feel safe, it really put some of my worries at ease, I really really appreciated that. We loved all the staff (especially Walter😀 ) every single person we interacted with while we were there was just so absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating. Like I said in my review last year, "we will be back next year" again, so we'll see yall then guys 🫡✌️👋

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like.

I appreciated that the property offered complimentary parking, unlike many other hotels I researched that charged extra for this amenity, which I believe should be standard. Additionally, I liked that the parking area was located at the rear of the hotel, was gated, and not exposed.

The hotel and its service were excellent, but the surrounding area was somewhat seedy, with a noticeable homeless population. While this is largely beyond the hotel's control, I appreciated the presence of a police officer who patrolled the area at night, which provided me with a sense of security during my stay.

Hotel was comfortable and extremely clean- from lobby to our room. The front attendant, Yash, was amazing! He was so polite since we first got to the hotel and throughout his shift. We were there for a concert and stayed outside hanging out until late night. I love that he kept going around the parking lot late at night making sure the vehicles were safe and still asked us if we needed anything. He's such a great person to come across! I thought he was someone in charge but he said he was a regular employee. Well, for us, he went beyond a regular employee. Again, thank you, Yash! Hope this review gets to him.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The outside of the facility was well lit and appeared to be monitored regularly by the staff. The complimentary breakfast was well laid out and provided something for most any taste. Checking in and out was very easy and luggage carts made moving your belongings much easier.

I am disabled, although not mobility assisted quite yet. I had difficulty utilizing the toilet as it is very low to the floor. I had requested a room with a chair because I cannot sleep lying flat. The only chair other than a loveseat, was an uncomfortable desk chair. The room appeared clean although there were many permanent stains of rust and was poorly painted and caulked. There are, in fact cable stations available, but the lack of integration with the channel guide station made it tedious to locate shows easily. Outside by the pool area was pretty dirty and there was a great deal of bird droppings in the area.

Everything! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was amazing every morning ( Texas shaped waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal,toast, granola bars, all ingredients to make breakfast tacos, milk, orange juice, coffee, apple juice, lemonade). The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was free and staff walked the parking lots every 30 mins or so at night to make sure all vehicles were good. The staff was absolutely amazing and always friendly and so nice. Walter and Yash were my favorites! Walter was the absolute best and can turn anyone's day into a positive one with his funny and cheerful self! This honestly was the best hotel we have stayed at to date!!!! The price was extremely reasonable!! The kids loved the pool and even though it was in a smaller size it still fit everyone's needs! Will definitely stay here again. I'm usually a Hampton Hotel person but this hotel just changed that!

Walter checked us in and made us feel right at home! He was super welcoming and polite :) The room was comfortable. It could use a little more cleaning but overall it was great. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of options so that makes it better!

Maybe just a little more cleaning. The pull out sofa was kinda gross .. still had the previous guests sheet maybe because of hair we saw on it. Kitchen could be wiped down a little more also. Small details make a difference..

Excellent Location: Highway proximity easy access for travelers arriving by car, reducing potential delays. Downtown/Riverwalk Convenience: Being within 5 miles allows for a quick and relatively traffic-free commute, especially important during peak season (like Christmas). Room: Good for short/long stays Breakfast: Good enough Bed: Okay

The hotel is in a prime location right off of I-10, which is great when you're on a long road trip like I was and needed a place to sleep and recharge. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was alright, and the room was clean. The room was quite spacious and would be perfect for a few nights in the city since it had a kitchenette.

The lock to the door located for the back parking lot would not work, so I had to walk around the building to get to the front door. As a woman traveling solo this made me uneasy, however it was a short walk and well lit.

This hotel has excellent service! Walter is one of the best receptionists I have ever met in my life. Polite, always helpful when I needed support, he always responded positively. He deserves a rating of 10/10. Incredibly comfortable bed. Very comfortable bathtub. This hotel is close to the center by car, as well as to the San Antonio Spurs arena, which was a key place due to my job.

Generally, the weak point in the USA is food. Europeans who focus on the quality of meals served in the USA will not be satisfied. I am a fan of scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, it was impossible to eat it.
