Great location with clean and comfortable rooms. we particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony. The owner George went above and beyond to make this a great stay. Helping with organizing transport, breakfast, cleaning of personal items and generally being a great host! A Syros local he can provide interesting and helpful background on the island and the town in general. We valued his restaurant and beach recommendations. Thank you!

Loved the loft feel, the view of the Acropolis and the Temple of Hephaestus, the spaciousness. The keypad entry was more convenient than I thought it would be, no worries about possibly losing the keys. Very clean overall, good lighting and convenience of many electrical outlets.

Could've been a bit more set up for guests, like putting out the towels nicely, also in the washroom, was a towel under the sink, appeared to be there for a leaky pipe. Also could have benefited from curtains to cover the entire window surface, as it is a lot of light came in at night. Neighborhood was lively so was expected to be a lot of ambient noise, including a techno music performance nearby (must've been because it was a long weekend)

Location was amazing - within a 10 minute walk of almost everything in Ermoupoli. Room was comfortable and clean - really appreciated the fresh towels and bed making each day. George was super friendly and helpful with his rental car suggestions. He was also super responsive when we asked for a second key.

The TV didn’t turn on, but we didn’t ask for help so it could’ve just been our mistake not knowing how to use the remote.

Everything. Beautiful quiet spot in the middle of everywhere. The view is amazing with nice balcony. The rooms are very comfortable. The owner George is the Greek neighbor you need! He gives you information on the island, suggests you how to explore it, where to eat and can recommended and amazing boat trip.

Perfectly positioned in the middle of everything, near to everything, the port, the city center, the bus station. Highly recommended. The owner was so gentle, and helped us with a lot of information about everything we needed to know. The place was located only few minutes of stairs from the main road. I recommend it and don't look further if you are looking for a comfy place and a practical one

George was a great host, proud of his island and very knowledgeable about its history. He gave us the best advice on which beaches to visit / avoid depending on the wind direction, plus recommended restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast was excellent value.

The host George was very friendly, helpful and very accommodating to requests. The VEIWS from my room were amazing, with a wonderful balcony to sit have a drink or a read or just take in the view! The room was large, had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable (great nights sleep) AC was quiet, bathroom was also large with a large powerful hot shower! The short walk downhill put you right in the middle of town! absolutely no complaints!

if you don’t like steps or walking, the hill might be a problem, but it really isn’t bad and the price, views and room are worth it!

Staff are super friendly (and guided us to the most splendid restaurants), location was perfect and amenities and facilities were superb. The view from the balcony was extraordinary!! Looooved this place!

Clean, central but quiet. Comfortable. We were promised a view and spent every morning watching the ships, ferries,yatch’s and super yatchs coming and going. Great.

Our room was small, but clean, comfortable and with a balcony offering amazing views of the port and the city. The owner is extremely helpful, offering very good advice on beaches, restaurants etc.
