The service was good. The location was so convenient we could reach the hotel by walking through the under tunnel. There is a bakery at levels one where we could buy bread for breakfast everyday. The staff was so helpful to push my luggages to the hotel room for me when I was alone with my son.

Nothing much. Is just that there was not complementary parking. I didn’t realise the airport shuttle is not at the entrance of the hotel, we have to board the bus at the back of the hotel. But this has nothing to do with the hotel service. They were great they help used pushed out luggage to the bus stop.

Big room. Airport bus 22 is from airport to hotel and vice verso. Very easy to get to hotel. Make sure you buy round trip to save some money. Easy location to many good restraints by easy walk.

Breakfast is not good at all. Hard to eat. The other reviews were not correct or they have not been in Europe hotel breakfast. The shower room smell very bad. Like someone has not been taken the shower for many days. I was surprised to smell that. I thought Japan is a very clean country. The carpet looks old. Wish they replace it with wood look like floor. It will feel cleaner and modern.

Location is perfect. Close to downtown. So many places to shop and eat. And yet still we could experience skiing at Ban K. Also we hiked in Maruyama Park after a nice snowfall, which was great. We also visited Maruyama Zoo, which is an ok short winter activity, but probably nicer in the summer.

The only rooms available were smoking and our kids barely made it the first night. But we got some help to open the window and all was ok after we aired out the room for 2 days.

A hotel with history, this accommodation was in a convenient place located roughly 10mins from Sapporo Station or 5mins from Odori Station. The underground pathway makes it easier to go to and from both stations without walking outside in the sun/rain. Plenty of shopping malls and restaurants all in walking distance as well as attractions such as the Sapporo TV tower. Amenities are well stocked and all staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had plentiful of options from Japanese to Western foods and some Hokkaido specialties like soup curry. It is also one of the few hotels where the airport limousine bus stops so is easily accessible to/from Shin-Chitose airport.

Very large room. Location was great with a short walk from the station via the underground walkway - though the directions from the station were a little confusing - but that isn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Older hotel but very clean.

Mizar lounge (with fire place) wasn’t open during the week - very disappointed as we were looking forward to using it after a long day exploring on a winters day. Other outlets are only open in late afternoon/early evening (bars). There is a Starbucks attached and a couple of restaurants. No on-site coin operated laundry, microwave or ice machine - but housekeeping provide ice. No coffee machine but coffee and tea and kettle in room.

First time staying. Have an old, modern feel vibes. Great hotel

When I book this hotel at Booking.com, it shows the room with free upgrade but when we check-in on the day, the staff didn’t see any room upgrade. Was disappointed as I book this hotel because there was a free room upgrade and was looking forward to what was the upgraded room would be like. Booking.com and the hotel must work hand in hand and to confirm this kind of things. Please do not mislead customers by booking the hotel and put free upgrade. It is not very nice after we book and went to the hotel and ask the staff if my have a free room upgrade.

We stayed there for 4 nights (2 nights at the beginning of our trip and 2 nights at the end before flying off). The twin rooms and double room was a bit tight, but we upgraded to a corner king room which was nice. Beds and pillows were comfy and firm. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to the various stations and shopping malls, and one is sheltered with the underground passageway. The hotel staff was very friendly and service was top notch. We used their luggage storage services when we checked out after the first 2 nights, and was pleasantly surprised when we saw our luggage in our rooms when we checked in at the end of the trip.

Nothing..

My room is spacious and overlooks the central garden, let me enjoy the 2024 first snowing of Sapporo. The hotel serves both western and Japanese breakfast for guests. I stayed for 2 nights, first breakfast, I chose western food, then tried Japanese breakfast on the 2nd day. The western breakfast is great and the Japanese breakfast is even better, exceeding my expectations. The Japanese breakfast restaurant has a very nice Japanese garden view with snow scenery. I really like it. The location is perfect, with direct access to the underground street, 5 minutes’ walk to subway station for both south-north and east-west line. It even has two small museums that tell the story of its 90-year history.

It is a 90 year old hotel, so some of the furniture is a bit old (maybe we could call it old fashion). The isolation from outside noise is very good, but the inside soundproofing is a little worse. Other room flushing will make some obvious noise.

Although an older property the hotel is still very comfortable; in a great location with direct access to the underground walkway. Their breakfast buffet is wonderful with numerous selections. Even after a seven day stay we did not tire of it…both Japanese and western options, great omelet station, drink selections, yogurt, fresh salad bar and soft serve ice cream. Hotel also has English speakers whom you should ask for. They will research things for you.

Hotel is older but well maintained and staffed.

Location and accessibility to major malls, especially the underground that links to Sapporo and Susukino. I booked early so it's a very good price for high floor and large room. Another reason i booked this hotel is the airport limousine, super convenient for me and my 11yr old. Very good sound proof too as I barely heard any noise from outside. 711 just outside, also ground floor sells the local confectionary so no need to get it from outside to carry it back

Hotel is quite dated overall, furniture abit old fashioned but functional.
