King size room was large and clean.

Out of the 4 nights we stayed, breakfast was good and plentiful except for one morning. I poured one cup of coffee and then the container was empty, so my partner didn’t get coffee. When I asked the employee if there would be more coffee made, she said you already have a full cup. I stated that my partner did not get any coffee. Other people were coming in looking for coffee also. She finally brought what appeared to be 1/2 pot of coffee which quickly ran out again. Most people enjoy at least 2 cups of coffee, but this particular employee decided one cup per person was enough.

Overall, the hotel was good. I would stay again

Prior to my arrival I was in contact with the front desk, because I knew It would be late. When We got there is was 2 am. There was no one at the front desk for about 30 minutes. Then when we got to the room, everything appeared to be clean accept, a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door as if someone had taken a shower. All of which was reported to the front desk. I did receive a credit for the arrival mishap an a apology for the bathroom.

The location was central to everything we needed. We stayed here due to other accommodations falling through. It was a blessing! The hospital was approximately 7 minutes away and there were restaurants within walking distance. The room was very spacious and the beds were soooo comfy that we slept like babies. Very clean! Breakfast was yummy as well. We will definitely return for another visit!

There was only one elevator working at the time and parking was hit and miss due to so many reserved spots already taken. Also, there was no sign letting us know to enter a parking garage to get to the hotel entrance. This was very confusing since our GPS told us we arrived and yet we saw no sign and so we kept driving.

It was a gorgeous room, the complementary breakfast was top notch with many many options one of the best complementary breakfasts at a hotel!! There was an issue when checking in some confusion with the site I booked on and because my trip had been postponed due to flight being cancelled. Staff was excellent and upgraded our room for the delay even though it was NOT an issue that was caused by the hotel!! I will stay here every time I come to New Orleans now!!

Parking was a bit tricky for first time guests! But nothing a huge deterrent for me!

The breakfast was great, especially the staff work extremely helpful. I thought that the senior living meets hotel concept was brilliant. I thought it was a beautiful thing to engage with the residents at breakfast. The fitness center was clean and nice. The location was quite convenient and accessible to everything we needed.We enjoyed our overall stay and will return.

We thought that the parking was limited. The facilities needed some maintenance. The ice machine on our floor was not working nor the floor below it. The shower door in our suite would not open completely. We had to squeeze into the shower. The pictures on the website implied that there was a garden veranda and pool access. But it turns out that was for the residents and that wasn't very clear on the website, which did lead to somewhat of a disappointment. However it was not a deal breaker for our return.

Every time I stay it's for work (traveling medical staff). The overnight concierge is sooooo thorough when directing me to my room and where to park. He's always happy to see visiting customers and is very very polite. With several other hotels around Copeland Tower....I choose this one for him. He's very warm and welcoming. The rooms are ALWAYS comfortable and showers hitha spot. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, this is the place to be.

The lighting on the parking floors can be brighter. There's a lot of dark spots in the garage area.

Breakfast was good.. had a variety of foods to choose from and the 2 attendants were very nice, friendly and helpful!! I'm sorry that I forgot to ask their names

The volume on the TV was not working so I had to call for the maintenance person to come in to fix it and within an hour after checking in, our key (card) would not unlock the door.. Therefore, I had to go back downstairs to get another one

We loved everything about our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites. The check-in was quick. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. I wanted to take the biscuits home with me thats how great they were.I particularly loved Marsha who helps coordinate breakfast. Her kindness and warmth made the trip worth it. She greeted the guests and asked how we were enjoying our meal. On our final morning at the hotel there was another friendly worker who complimented my daughters and I which I thought was so sweet. While I was in the lobby one evening I overheard Sybil at the front desk receiving a compliment on a report she completed. I smiled as if she was a friend of mine. So good to see hard work appreciated. Every worker who passed us in the hallway greeted us with a friendly demeanor.

I loved everything, however more fruit options, non dairy milk as well turkey sausage and bacon would be a great addition.

The breakfast offered was fantastic. The lady that oversees, the breakfast area, Shandra was unbelievable. She’s one of the nicest and most hard-working people I’ve ever met. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is fresh, stocked, and available to your patrons. I ran a large company for 30 years before I retired, and one thing I’m good at is assessing people. Shandra would make a great manager within your organization because she takes ownership of things and has superior customer relations skills. Bob Monroe.

The shower pan in our room was tilted toward the back end, so that water accumulated and would not drain out. We had to literally take our foot after each shower and push the water up to the other end of the shower into the drain. Who wants to splash around in dirty water? I did try to make the employee I encountered at check out aware of the situation, but I’m not sure he understood what I was trying to explain to him.
