This property shocked me! I wasn’t expecting much as the reviews were mixed but it was great! The rooms were clean, we stayed in the hotel. There was 22 of us, adults & children! The majority were in the apartments - I would book an apartment if I came back for the extra space! Rooms were a good size for a couple with a baby, the cot was perfect! Bathroom and bedroom clean! Balcony clean & safe! Room felt secure! Staff were friendly! Pools clean, breakfast lovely! We had a great time! Staff so friendly! Lifeguards would often bring us shades for the baby too, so lovely!

Only feedback would be to have tables by the pool with the sunbeds as drinks kept being knocked over :)

The location where the hotel is in San Antonio is very good. Hotel rooms were very clean, the shower and bathroom were spacious and the water pressure was very good too. Comfortable bed as well with plenty of room lightening.

The worst thing is that it is far (30 minutes taxi) from the clubs so every time you have to catch a taxi and the taxi availability especially from 17:00 till 21:00 is a nightmare. It is something at the end of the day that the hotel has nothing to do with.

The staff on arrival were friendly. My room wasn’t ready so I had a drink in the bar area and the staff were also nice. The room had the air con already on when I got into the room, so it was lovely and cool. I stayed here alone in the room but was on a group holiday, and felt safe. The rooms are old and basic but extremely clean and a great base for the holiday.

Little bit tired in some areas, but for the price and the time I spent at the hotel, I cannot complaint.

Fantastic pools and really clean toilets in the pool area. Staff always friendly especially Rosa on reception.

Can’t really say anything bad about the hotel , it’s a what you get for a 3 star rating.

- Great location with many commercials (bars, restaurants, groceries,..) around the hotel - Many activities are available for all (kids, youngest, and adults) inside the hotel - Friendly staff - Restaurant offers good options for meals, with a reasonable (fair) price - The pool area is awesome

- the bed/mattress was a little uncomfortable - a few options for energy recharge station in the room - there is no fridge or bar in the room - in one day of my stay there was no water in my room due to an issue with the supply company in all neighborhoods of the hotel, however, the hotel's staff give all the support. And as a solution, I took my shower in one washroom located in a common area of the hotel (that's a very good and interesting facility of the hotel).

In General everything was really good exept for the weird bracelet, AC and a fridge issue I personally had.

The bracelet we have to use the entire stay and the fridge we rented. I was given one key card for the room. Everytime I left with the card the room had no power, including the plug for the fridge, therefore the fridge I paid for was not working all day long as I was away, had to throw things away and drinks were never cold. Also AC helped but not strong enough. Would still feel hot even with AC on for hours, but not a big deal. Apart from that the hotel has everything and overall it is a very good place to stay.

Good location near the sea; friendly staff; clean room; We wanted a fridge in the room and they arranged it for us for a reasonable price. I would come back again :)

Breakfast was good but Vegetarian options were less. Location wise it's little far from Center. By bus it took 20 minutes to reach San Antonio center. Nearest beach to this hotel is not good so only option is to go to the beach at Centre.

Nothing as such.. Everything was good.value for money.

The breakfast was really good, there was a lot of variety. Bus stop to the Airport is right outside the hotel. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel which was quite convenient. The hotel did have WiFi but it was a bit slow.

We had to wear a fluorescent band throughout the stay which was annoying. They mentioned this was to identify the hotel guests.

The property is amazing and has lots to offer. The staff was amazingly helpful which is rare in Europe.
