The apartment was very clean and spacious. Coffee machine and kettle provided in room. Light and airy. Beds comfortable. No noise heard from other apartments. Perfect location and not far to walk from station. Staff were amazing. Thank you everyone.

Wow amazing place love it Clean, amazing customer service and any time the answer all my questions immediately, the location is awesome waiting destiny from the train station and the ferry, to take you to Cinque Terre and is located in the center of La Spezia with restaurants store and laundromat as family we recommend it and we definitely stay in this amazing place. Very nice room and the staff who checked us in were wonderful. Very helpful in helping us find parking and understanding the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this property, very central, close to the main lively area of La spezia and a short walk to the train for Cinque Terre. Super market right under the building, and everything you require at your door step. We will be coming back here (to both La Spezia and the accommodation) in the future.

Good location, just within 10 mins walk from the train station. Trains to Cinque Terre come frequently so it is very easy to get there. The room is nice and clean.

The check-in time of 2:30pm - 6:30pm is short and you must go to the staff office within this period for getting the key. If you would like to store your luggage after check-in, you must inform the staff by 9pm the day before which reduce the flexibility of your travel a bit.

Lovely bathroom, spacious and comfortable room; it had everything I needed. The location is perfect! It's away from crowded parts of town but not difficult to reach on foot.

The type of accommodation (office in one building, room in another) is odd to me, but staff were very helpful explaining in English to me how to get around. Window doesn't open wide, not a great view outside.

I liked the host and the communication with him/her. I also liked the cozy, modern room which was clean.

I disliked the old building and the fact that there was an old smell of wet air inside the room. But I understand that this has nothing to do with the host and the cleanliness of the room, but with the old building itself.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Located a few minutes walking from the train station and surounded by coffee places & restaurants. Great support via phone.

Room cleaning is only done every 3 nights - this is clearly communicated in the room. I do not think that a complete cleaning is needed every day, but at least moping the floor and refilling the coffee station would be nice. Imporant to mention that up my request the room was cleanned & coffee refilled :)

Comfortable, modern rooms in La Spezia. The air con worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to the train station and a short walk to restaurants. We stayed in La Spezia to visit cinque Terre so the hotel met our needs for this. We were able to park on the street nearby for the whole weekend for only 13€.

We wish they had a smart tv so we could watch the formula 1 race. :)

Welcoming staff, we arrived late and received an exact explanation of how to get there, and parking recommendations. Located in a central location, everything is close - the train station, restaurants. The room is clean and equipped (a bit small but it was enough for us, we only came for one night).
