Staff was at all times friendly and helpful and most importantly honest. At checkout I forgot my carry on luggage, not sure if in the lobby or in the restaurant. Hours later I realized I had forgotten my carry on. I called the reception to ask about it and there it was. I was so grateful for it.

The location was great, the staff super friendly and the breakfast was really good, they have at least one different thing each day and it’s really tasty. i almost cancel my reservation after a few reviews talking about the breakfast but it’s good, can’t complain, i will miss the tortillas

Lighting is not the best but that’s usually the light in hotels, I would add one more mirror in the bedroom because there’s only one in the bathroom

Booked for family, did not have breakfast, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us receive luggage that was being delivered from the airport in the middle of the night. A little pricey, but good service and location.

The hotel room was a much bigger size than we expected, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was great to have good air conditioning too. The fact this room came with breakfast was a big plus for us too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and kept our bags in storage for us after check out due to an evening flight.

It is on a nice area, close to diferent places to visit and not as far from downtown.

Don't take the taxis that they offer you because you will paid a lot, literally paid 300 pesos for a short drive on a taxi that the front desk offer me, bit the next day I just walk away like 2 blocks and took a taxi that drove me way farther than the previous one and it only cost me 100 pesos.

From the very first step I took I felt warmly welcomed by the receptionist Israel who kindly suggested me a fabulous place where I could have my dinner, in a very polite and professional way answered all of my questions since this was my first time visiting this part of the city and this hotel. The next day my rate included a delicious breakfast both in taste and visually along with a surprising service from a cook. Made me feel amazing.

Everything was incredible. Staff was really friendly. The zone is great. It's really safe at all hours.

The only downside would be breakfast. They usually serve Mexican breakfast so you gotta find somewhere else to eat. Luckily within walking distance youll find plenty of places.

Very comfortable room, decent size bed, heating in the room was great for when it got cold in the evening. Very nice location with loads of places to eat and drink close by. The park over the road is full of art on Sundays if you happen to be there at the weekend, which was cool. Spotlessly clean. Excellent shower. Decent breakfast included.

No view of anywhere outside, no window to speak of.

Staff are very nice. Washing machine very good (though a little pricey). Bed was good, room had fair amount of space to put things. Internet was good too. Cleaners did a good job. Location is decent, can easily walk to zona rosa/angel of independence. Security seemed decent too with someone always at front door to sanitise

The sound isolation isn't the best, can hear people in the hallway clearly and they would sometimes make a racket. Likewise could hear street noise at night. Breakfast not that great either.
