Stayed twice. Once on the drive out to Colorado and once on the way back. Both times the staff was super friendly, the rooms were super clean, and its a great location right off the highway with a gas station and a few places to eat. If you are passing through and needing a good place to lay your head for a night or 2 would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the quiet location and the staff. The hotels cleanliness was great as well.

I booked the room with the intention of using the pool for the children for my sons birthday and found out that the pool was cold and could not be swam in do to temperature. As a big booking point for me I was really disappointed as we're the kids.

Robert checked us in, gave us extra towels and answered all of our questions! The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel was very clean. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast, but it looked good.

There was not hot tub to enjoy. We were looking forward to relaxing after a long day of driving, but there wasn’t a spa to sit in and read.

It was Christmas eve when we checked in. A bit past midnight. The front desk person was kind and to the point and available upon entry. Our beds were very comfortable and my husband and i are very particular about our beds. Breakfast was available when we left first thing Christmas morning. Hot coffee, and many options both healthy and substantial with a microwave available if we wanted breakfast sandwiches. It was Christmas day so we knew the entire warm breakfast wasn't going to be available. But the spread was perfect. We checked out quickly and the men working were friendly despite having to miss their Christmas morning with family.

The pillows... the pillows were either too thick or the pillow was smaller but lumpy.

Location was conveniently right off the interstate, so very convenient. Also super easy to get to downtown Lincoln. Checkin was easy, room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and TV worked just fine. Water pressure was strong and hot water plentiful. Breakfast was as expected!!

I really have no complaints - maybe the bathroom floor corners could have been just a touch cleaned up - but really I have no negatives to share.

It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked the pump soaps and shampoos. The location was convenient. The staff was very helpful

The Spectrum services were down and we were disappointed. We had driven from 6:00 to 3:00 and just wanted to rest and watch tv until dinner. Later that evening it came back on . You should switch providers as they are unreliable, as per many reviews. I would have liked extra towels in the room.

Clean, friendly facility. Very welcoming. Good breakfast. Nice location.

Only negative would be the shower head was positioned very high up. Maybe8 feet up and no way to direct the water.

Our first room had not been cleaned, the beds weren’t made, towels on the floor and it smelled bad. However, the very sweet woman at the front desk gave us a new room, which was an upgrade from our original room. Very spacious and clean!!

The location, not much to do for night life.

This Holiday Inn Express is a pet less hotel which I really appreciate becoz of my allergies. And the room smelled so fresh. No pet odors! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
