Staff allowed us to change our booking on short notice as we had to travel home for a family emergency at no extra charge.

The lock on the bathroom door as it wouldn't open and I was trapped in there for about 20 minutes. There was no answer on the motel phone number and no one responded when my son ran up to the office and got no response when he knocked and called out. I was able to get out and management did come and apologise and gave the undertaking to repair the lock ASAP. Otherwise, the stay met our needs.

Woken up a bit too early by an early morning departing neighbour. Problem being close to parking is you can, hear other people leaving at 3am. Can't have it both ways I guess. Other thing asfaik was no way to stream to the tv and no in-house wifi , but phone signal good.

It was pretty much what you would expect for what you pay. Comfortable and clean.

The sign outside (and room description on this site) said pet friendly, but apparently that was only for some rooms (and dogs are supposed to stay outside). The message we sent stating we had a small dog wasn't received. We were able to sort it out, but that info would probably have been useful when we were booking.

The location was just great, in a lovely rural setting, which was quiet and most relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I loved the location and peacefulness.

There were quite strong storms overnight and the the drain backed up in the bathroom, one of the vagries of being in the country. I still had an enjoyable overnight stay and would stay there de again.

Dave and Jenny were warm, friendly, accommodating and we would stay there again. Modest facilities that catered to our requirements. We were left to enjoy ourselves and wander around the property exploring the grounds. Although the pool was closed we can imagine how lovely it'd be in summer! The electric blankets were awesome!

My partner and I stayed 4 nights here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had all the basics and really enjoyed our stay. The shower head was nice and big and the water temperature and pressure was great! There was a spare pillow and blanket and TV and microwave. Easy parking right out front and a bbq area for cooking meals.

Overall it was a great experience. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable though.

The location was great, the room was lovely we stayed in Room number two their largest room as we had our dogs in show trollies in the room There was room to take the dogs for a walk i hope to stay again in the future the room was lovely the beds were comfy and the staff were just lovely

Friendly staff, SUPER comfy beds, all complimentary things I could think of needing. Supplies for tea/coffee, bar fridge and some plates/cutlery. Lovely clean room with electric blankets on the bed, TV and reverse cycle aircon. Close to everything in Coona!

WiFi was available but slow. Your better off using your mobile data.

We liked the quiet location, and the room was really cosy and comfy bed. It was great being able to park outside our room and have a big grassy bbq area to sit in. The Golden Sea Dragon Chinese restaurant recommendation in town was awesome- thanks!

I dont remember seeing a swimming pool.

I was tucked up the back out of the way so low traffic noise

Shower was dirty, and noone around for 45 mins when i arrived , had to wait around was told I should have called his MOBILE, Apparently in on booking.com but i couldnt find it. But if u do call him you wont have a you’ll be waiting hours
