it was very clean neat and the security was top notch!

I explained to them about my situation with widow benefits and survival benefits and disabilities but they wouldnt budge on letting us stay without prepayment which is NOT WHAT IS ON your website!

There is no carpet (which is excellent for me) and the room is really big with all the furniture and household utensils available. It's confortable and clean.

There is no many restaurants nearby nor at the hotel (there are 2 vending machines providing some snacks/drinks and MCDonals's and Burger King options - hamburgers only). Then, if you don't like sandwiches, it's better for you if you are visiting the place/city by car.

The property is located on Route 1, which is a busy highway, and this can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the TV has a tendency to randomly shut off, even after turning off the timer multiple times. When using a Fire Stick, it sometimes freezes and exits out of what you were watching, returning you to the home screen.

Great location, not far from any food, or anything you really want or need. Staff is awesome!!! Very friendly, and caring.

The room is nice. But it could be cleaner. Hand soap in bathroom was used, and put back in wrapper and kept there. Even on your room key, it says what day of the week your specific room is cleaned. Soooooo.... once a week could be improved upon.

When I got there the system went down so the lady call me at 700am woke me up just to tell me tht the system was up. Like she should of waited till I checked out and I was gonna pay. Also I waited like 30 min to get chk in and more and more people came in. Also I believe breakfast was included but I did not see tht at all.

Wht I did like answer backwards the young girl was frendly.

The walls are thin you can hear everything.

The bed made a lot of creaking noises just from rolling over. It was a brand new bed. This is a brand new hotel. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and I woke up very sore in the morning.

it was very clean

they only gave you on towel and wash cloth. you were expected to use that the entirety of your stay and it had a kitchenette but no pots, pan or dishes to use

It was very clean and neat had no complaints about it. It was excellent

I got a phone call from one of the staff members telling me yoooo stop running instead of introducing himself and telling me I had a little complaint about someone running upstairs we were 2 adults
