I liked the room: excellent size, comfort, cleanliness, excellent bed and pillows, excellent bathtub and sauna. I liked the sympathy and service provided by the hotel staff. Very good location, close to a shopping center and easily accessible to anywhere in the city. Very good breakfast.

Nothing.

This was our second stay at the hotel and this time we had a truly king size bed :). (Last time the twin beds were very small). The staff made us feel welcome at every step. As a bonus, there was an extra channel on the TV that solved the challenge of watching the Champions League final (that had that turned out to be complicated in Narva the year before) :).

The weather was really hot and the room was really hot, steam sauna hot. There was a separate fan in the room which helped just a bit.

Great location, very close to the shopping centres & bus stops. A short walk to the churches, monuments and famous castle. The hotel is newly renovated and the decor is very modern and eye catching. My room was very quiet with lots of sunshine through the huge window with a lovely street scape view, beautiful bed, treats on arrival plus a lovely handwritten note from the hotel. The in-house cafe is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very big, we had our own sauna, jacuzzi, dining room and desk. It seemed clean. AC in the room. Nice staff during breakfast time.

The lady at the reception didn’t give any indications. It would be nice to warn people that the ventilation in the bathroom is not the best, so using the sauna makes the room also super warm. The design in the room and reception are old; it makes big contrast with the modern renovated breakfast area which I personally like more. During breakfast time the scrambled eggs were a disgrace, they should be ashamed of serving that watery “scrambled eggs”. Fortunately they have a couple of other options.

Seemed the most reasonable and best place to stay in Narva, and for that price it was. Very good quality for the price - clean, quiet, good location, friendly staff - especially if spending the day outside exploring the city. Easily accessible from bus and train station by walking, bus and cheap taxi ride. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, instead we went to Kohvik Muna at the University building which was just 7 min walk away.

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms are spacious. As is the room for breakfast.

First evening and next morning there was no warm water. After our complaints the warm water was provided. There is plenty of breakfast food but it has rather a plain taste. One evening there were no free parking places next to the hotel after 9 pm. There were free spaces in the distance of some hundreds of meters. So not a big fuss.

All in all, it was an excellent experience. Room was big (we stayed in suite B44). It was clean, good beds, sauna, bathtub, etc... Price was also good considering that we stayed there 23-24.06 which is the biggest summer holiday in Estonia and usually you dont expect to see any vacancy at all during these days. Location is also very good. Most of the best tourist sites in Narva are walking distance. So you would be pretty much city center and yet it was dead quiet during nighttime (we had window open all night). The whole building seems to be new and modern. Breakfast was very good. The suite we stayed in, is by design for 2 persons but we had our 11y old boy and a small dog with us. So it was actually 4 of us and everything was prepared in our room by hotel reception to accommodate everybody, really big thanks for that :)

Actually... no comments here. All things considered, it is a perfect place to stay in Narva.

The breakfast at this hotel was wonderful! They offer an extensive buffet, similar to the luxurious breakfast buffets that several budget and midrange hotels in Russia offer. The hotel is centrally located in Narva, well within walking distance of the castle, both the Lutheran and Russian Orthodox Churches, and the Russian border itself. Please note that for those looking for Soviet-era nostalgia, Inger Hotel was recently renovated and now has a more modern look and feel. However, the hotel continues to retain its Russian charm while showcasing all of the luxury, cleanness, and glamour of a modern hotel. Rooms on the upper floors offer nice views of the city and the reception area has a cozy sitting area with snacks, beverages, and Estonian souvenirs available for purchase. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Inger Hotel and being here allowed me to experience the uniqueness of Narva.

I'm not gonna lie: I booked a room here expecting the older, Inger Hotel with all of its homely, Soviet-era charm. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the new and improved Inger Hotel felt and how friendly and attentive the staff was. No complaints from me, I highly recommend this place!

I spent one night while waiting to cross the border. The hotel is conveniently located, it's just a 5 minutes walk to the border. The hotel is modern, staff is friendly, our room (suite) was very large, with a large bathtub and a sauna. Prices are reasonable.

The aircon was not powerful enough for the whole room. Some extra piece of furniture would be welcome (hooks, nightstands).

Central location, easy walk to the shopping center, very clean, modern looking. There were a kettle and a fridge. Huge bathroom, very comfortable mattress and pillows. The first floor bathroom near the reception was squeaky clean too. Comfortable reception hall with settees and power outlets. I could leave my bag at the reception for several hours after checking out. The lady at the reception was the nicest ever, and most helpful, and really made me feel very welcomed there.
