Villa Valentina is a beautiful building in a nice street by the harbour. The room was great, very clean, and had all the amenities you could hope to find. Also the little outdoor terrace was a great place to relax with a glass of wine. Continental breakfast included and was plentiful. The real star of the show is Valentina herself. A fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us. We all felt like we were leaving an old friend on check out. Her father, who helps out is also a real gem. Couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough. A must stay in Viareggio!!

First of All, Valentina is an amazing host, very kind and supportive, helping you with whenever you may need so that you feel like her guest not a client. the room is very clean and cosy. Small kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine and basic, big bathroom with cool relaxing shower. In case of localisation, it couldn’t be better. it is very close to the two beaches, to marina and city center. 20 minutes walking distance from train station, from where you can get to all important cities and places of the region. Many cosy restaurants and cafes in the area. I wish all apartments are in such good quality :)

I travelled for work at the shipyards nearby so for me the location was perfect. Valentina welcomed me personally at almost midnight after a harrowing trip from the UK involving late flights and arriving in Pisa to find no taxis. When I did arrive in Viareggio, Valentina took care of the driver and gave me a quick tour of the property and my room which made my settling in totally relaxing. The room itself was large, air conditioned and and self contained having separate bathroom and a small kitchen with coffee maker. When I left, Valentina arranged an early taxi pick up for me and her father took care of the arrangements and ensured the taxi was on site on time and I was boarded with minimum fuss and full explanations.

An exceptional stay - certainly not the Ritz but clean, comfortable with well equipped rooms. The location close to the marina is excellent and local restaurants are also brilliant. Above all of this though is the superb service provided by Valentina and her dad. Their helpful and welcoming approach is fabulous. They love their hotel and they want all of their visitors to share in that - nothing is too much trouble for them. We loved it.

Valentina and her father are super friendly hosts and provided a very generous breakfast. Probably the best BnB I've ever stayed in. True old fashioned hospitality. Great location too with parking for our rental car free just 50 meters away. Heaps of free parking in area.

Valentina and her father are the loveliest of people. Both very humble and attentive getting us breakfast each morning and helping when needed. The Villa is immaculate and all needs are catered for, everything is so clean and organised. A beautiful old restored house close to the beach and amenities. The hosts, Valentina and her father were incredibly lovely and sweet. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed including some breakfast in the morning. The room itself was clean, spacious and had everything needed. We will definitely be back and recommend our friends as well.

A fantastic spot to stay in Viareggio. We loved every aspect of our stay here. Facilities are some of the best we have had in Italy. The Host is incredible and made our stay comfortable and homely. The location is 10 out of 10. Great value for money and will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to others !!!

Absolutely nothing! It was perfect

Valentina is an incredible host and made it her priority to exceed our expectations in every way . She delighted us with fresh baked goods each morning and ensured my children had water, juice, milk, snacks and yogurt at every turn. She is so very gracious and accommodating! To boot, the location is perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer! I will absolutely stay here again should I return to Viareggio! Thank you, Valentina!

The location is fantastic, and the hosts are exceptional. Our host even offered to drive us to the station to catch our train to the next location. They really treated us like family. The bonus was to be so close to the water and Via Reggio's beautiful boardwalk. This was our second time to ViaReggio, but and this time at a better location.
