Being in Olivier Siofok 2 for the 3rd or 4th time, the wear and tear of the facility is noticeable. (noisy fans in the bathroom and toilet, creaking doors, dirty walls and drawers in the kitchen, it gives the impression of neglect) apart from that the bedrooms are clean, the equipment of the apartments for a stay is sufficiently close to the lake, free parking spaces for cars, and the trains are really not bothersome because there are few of them at night.

Although we could not go to the reception in their working hours, the staff was kind in chat and offered an alternative way to pay. The garden was nice and spacious, it was not sacrificed for more apartments. The apartment was clean with simple and convenient furniture, just right for our stay. The apartment had separate air conditioners for the living room and the bedroom, both of which were quiet.

The shower looks nice, but the doorless and rimless design is very impractical, it is almost impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry. The shower head lacked an insulator ring, so water spurted out in all directions from the handle. The shower cabin also had a leak somewhere, so a stream of water ran out of the bathroom to the kitchen after taking a shower. The button of the electric kettle did not work, it was always on. These were minor inconveniences, which I am sure will be dealt with for the next season.

The neighbourhood and the courtyard are great, free parking is available. We moved in the same day because we had a day reservation, we got a room on the top floor, which is a bit difficult to get up to with luggage. The room was as expected. The beach is just a few minutes away.

The reception was not in the same place where we got our accommodation, so we had to go one street away to get the key. I didn't see this at the time of booking, but maybe it was my fault.

recently had the pleasure of residing in this apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Close to the lake, pretty clean, flat has own kitchen. There is little forest behind the building (was not the season yet, so tables and hairs were dirty, but in the season it should be very nice to spend the time here!).

Kitchen could be better equipped. Some stuff, like electric kettle are old and not for use anymore. There is no wooden spoon to use with a pan (so pan gets scratched pretty quick). But those are minor things.

Roomy apartments with mini kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Nice backyard. Parking on closed territory inside.

Property located near the railway, a bit noisy when trains are passing by. There are no breakfast served, but a breakfast box with a packed stuff was left in the room that is not a good idea on our opinion. We may purchase a better selection of food for breakfast on our choice for this price.

Really spacious and clean. We liked the AC in every room and that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The beds were really comfortable! The breakfast is served in a basked in the room and it is okay - toast, salami, croissant (packed), apple, tea, coffee...

Reception is not visible - I would recommend putting a sign on the property so guests know where to go (behind the villa). The stove in the Villa was not working properly. It would also be nice if the way from the parking to the Villa was lit - we came in the night and didn't really see in the dark.

It is a private villa, with interior parking. We booked for one night only, a last minute, on our way to Italy. The apartment is big enough to accommodate 4 persons, with 2 bathrooms - toilet and shower in each one. There is also a terrace for each apartment, some playground for the kids. Not so close to the lake if that would be the main attraction for your stay. Breakfast is included, very nice offering, but you will have to serve it inside your room on your own, not in a different location. We got a last minute deal, 50% off.

The villa is close to a railway and although the noise is not that loud, you will hear every train passing by - no issue if you are a deep sleeper, but definitely a problem if you are not. Not sure I would like to pay the entire sum for this apartment though.

It was a nice studio apartment, quite close to the lake. It had a coffee machine which was great. There is a breakfast included but it's not much so don't count on it :).

The check-in should be "self check in", we were able to self check in only because we arrived later than 6 PM, but as the possibility exists, it should be the default.

Location is very good. Not far from beach. Some restaurants near by.

Breakfast which was included I expected more from that didn't understand nice reviews about breakfast which people left. It's just few pieces of bread liver pate croissant and instant coffee. In room was coffee machine so I thought that for breakfast will get some coffee to it but unfortunately not
