Best place to stay if you arrive or if you leave from the FLR airport. Staff, equipements, confort, balcon, breakfast included...15 minutes walking time to the airport....a few steps the the park....i highly recommand.

WiFi didnt work well during my stay

This was the hotel with the best value for money we could find in Florence for 1 night. It is definitely a little bit outwards (parctically at the end sign of Florence city :) ), however as we were with bicycles and there is a convenient bike road pracatically until the inner city, we could reach all the sights very easily with an approx. 20-25 min ride. Our room was clean and quite spacious, also the wifi was working well. You have all the basic amenities you need for a short stay (haridryer, small amenity kit....). Breakfast was ok, not a huge variety, but we could eat a nice meal and the sweet pastries were actually quite nice. Big bonus: the staff was nice enough to let us keep the car in the parking lot also after our checkout (but probably only because we were in off-season and the hotel was not full) - this was definitely a huge help for us, so thank you. :)

For 1 night everything was perfect. :) This is not a hotel to have a "2-weeks-wellness-holiday", as they only have basic facilities, but if you are only for a short visit in the city or need a stay before/after your flight (airport is really close-by), I would recommend this hotel. Nevertheless keep in mind that the sights are not reachable on foot from here, if this is your preference.

I liked everything about this place, the room was modern and super cozy, very comfortable beds, the temperature was delightful as well, nor hot, nor cold. There was a TV with many programs, including Netflix. The bathroom was also really nice, the shower was clean, water pressure amazing. Breakfast was also good, not so much warm food, more baked goods, but still a wide choice what to choose from. Overall, loved it here.

Our room window wasn’t opening as well as blinds, so it was dark the whole time in there. No natural lighting. Also, we could hear someone from upstairs flushiny down the toilet very loud.

The room was great. Very comfortable bed and really clean. The best sleep I had during my whole trip in Italy. ^_^. The staff was helpful and very informative. Also their hotel offer 24h reception. So there is always someone at the front desk of the hotel.

The only negative feature is that the hotel is far from the city center. You need approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to go to the Florence center, it depends on the bus schedule. However the bus station is 4 minutes from the Hotel, but you definitely need to change transportation. There is no direct bus to the city.

Great accommodation considering that it is a 3-star budget type of hotel. As long as you go in with the right expectations, then everything is good. Spacious room, small bathroom, comfortable bed, good pillows, clean. Our room had a balcony on the opposite side of the hotel entrance and the road towards the soccer field. It was quiet. There are no flights during the night. Around 7 a.m., one can hear the first plane taking off. Breakfast was modest but fresh and satisfactory.

We were greeted warmly by Bruna on reception who kindly made us coffee and chatted as we arrived early and waited for the room She made our stay more enjoyable The room was spotless and bed very comfortable with new mattress and crisp white linen Breakfast was a little lacking but sufficient Shocked with plastic covered cheese I have never seen this in a hotel But staff there friendly also

The location I chose it because its close to the airport but plans changed So The journey to town is too long I would have chosen a more central hotel

Great hotel located outside of the city center of Florence. Which makes it very safe because it has its own private parking with a gate. This is important as we didn’t want to bring our car to Florence city center. But there’s a bus just on a walking distance to reach the city center. The value for money is amazing. Additionally, AC and mini fridge is a huge plus. Reception is also always open and breakfast is provided. Super happy

To add more socket in the room, or if not, a cable with multi socket outlet.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Even though we arrived early (10am) and had to leave the hotel at 5am the next day and would not be able to have breakfast, the receptionist lady arranged for us to have breakfast at that time since we arrived. I really appreciate.

The metro was a bit far. The bus stop was close but the road from the bus stop to the hotel was a bit disturbing especially at night. It was not good to have prostitutes on the side of the road at night.

This hotel was excellent. I booked on only a few weeks' notice as I didn't know I was going to get to Florence. Everything was great! It initially was a challenge to get to from Santa Maria Novella but once you get that figured out it was easy. This location is right next to the airport. My room had a great view of the Apennines. I moved the desk onto the balcony and worked out there with a glass of wine. I thought I had gone to heaven.

We needed a room for 1 night near FLR airport to drop our luggage, return the rental car, have a pleasant dinner in Firenze with friends, and leave by taxi 4:15 Saturday morning for a 6:30 flight back to the US. Communication with our host, Eur Hotel, through the app was excellent. Check in and out was easy peasy. Upon our request, the evening manager arranged for a 4:15 taxi the next morning. The most unexpected part was that as we were leaving to enter the taxi, the morning manager met us in the lobby to offer coffee and what looked to be a delicious torte, just for us. We had mentioned to the evening manger when we checked in that, because we were departing so early, we didn't expect breakfast. But she must have arranged it for us with the morning manager who was so kind! Even though we weren't able to enjoy it, we were overwhelmed by their thoughtful conscientiousness!!!

I can't can think of anything. Our needs were met and exceeded.
