Location to Aquatica and SeaWorld. The price and the Suite. Very clean and the free breakfast

Why do we have to pay for parking? That's very ridiculous!

Breakfast was great. Room clean, plenty of space. Kitchenette was great

$25 a day to park at a hotel? I paid $30 a day at Universal Studios. You need to reconsider that parking price. It should be $10 a day not $25. Disappointing

I will definitely be staying here again. The room was very spacious. It was very cute. It was tidy. I like the vibes felt really comfortable. For Breakfast it was always American breakfast, I’m used to resorts breakfast in the Dominican Republic but it was good. We stayed here to go to Disney and outlets it was pretty close like 9 minutes to the outlets and 15 or 20 minutes to Disney There’s a CVS next to the hotel, a restaurant, seven eleven u can get there just walking, but I think most things were pretty close anyways

I wish they had more breakfast variety, for me it was ok but my parents don’t eat stuff like that so

Very convenient location, close to Disney. Very friendly staff, very helpful, housekeeping was amazing. Pool was nice. Room was spacious and cozy, we had the 2 room queen suite and it was perfect for our 7 day stay.

Breakfast was included but it wasn’t that good, not a variety of choices and what was available didn’t taste very well to me. Also, I read a previous review about someone coming around trying to market while your attempting to enjoy your breakfast with your family. Well that also happen to me not once but twice, very annoying trying to sell you something while trying to enjoy breakfast just starting your morning.

The room was very large and has everything you need to cook or make coffee or tea. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was good but didn't have much variety.

The air conditioning in the room was very cold and there were no instructions on how to operate it. After manipulating it a little we managed to understand how it worked. The staff was not very helpful in giving instructions on how to use public transportation or how to get to the parks.

Hotel perfect location to Seaworld

They didn’t have any quarters to wash your clothes, which is a bummer because CVS refuse to give customers out to the hotel guest I literally had clothes in the washer that needed to be dry. Front desk was no help. there should be a change machine if there’s gonna be a washer and dryer or I need to be more modern way to use your credit card. Or it should be free for your stay parking should be free nothing in my booking said pay for parking that’s not right I didn’t pay when I visited back in June 2019 hidden fees that I don’t like

Location of the hotel, cleanliness, breakfast was sufficient and varieties were there. Tea/coffee was available 24x7.

The final amount taken by the hotel was more than what I was supposed to pay. I was told they are taking security deposit at 10 USD per day which will be automatically refunded to my account within 3 working days and now its 2 weeks. In the bill the exchange rate mentioned is much more than the current exchange rate. Tried to contact the hotel through email, but the emails are bouncing back and not getting delivered.

Room was clean and exceptionally large with a living room and a bedroom. Had a kitchen as well!

I was unaware of the $25 a night parking fee that was not included in the price. The toilet in the bathroom was broken upon arrival, and maintenance needed to be called, it was fixed very fast, but was an inconvenience as we traveled 2 and a half hours and we're both rushing to the restroom when we got to the room.

Room has always been very clean upon arrival, check in process is simple and quick, location to Seaworld and other parks is good along with grocery and other shopping.

The only issue I have is that this is not a cheap hotel and they still require you to pay around $25 per night for parking, for the price per room I would think parking should be included.

Location was very good, went to attend Seaworld, within walking distance. The room was good, had plenty of space for my family of 4. Only downside was the sales pitch during breakfast, just trying to have a meal when approached by a memeber of staff trying to sell a vacation package.

Sales pitch during breakfast was a turn off. Did not like that parking was over $30 for two days.
