- great breakfast - excellent lakeside views - good swimming pool, sauna, relax zone - walking distance to the town, shops, pharmacy etc. - room was spacious, clean with good WiFi - staff very friendly and helpful

- curtains in the room could be better at stopping the light - walk-in showers are not my favourite type - charging for parking at this room rate is a bit jarring

Breakfast was awesome . Everything you can ask for breakfast was already prepared and ready .Plus, omlette bar was serviced for freshly cooked food.At night there was live music with amazing singer.

the view (lake side) breakfast size of the pool during the week (Wednesday) there weren’t many people so we could use the saunas just with the two of us.

dinner in the restaurant wasn’t what I expected. no table cloths no nice glasses or cutlery (as pictures shown online) the duck was a bit overcooked and therefore a bit rubbery the rest of the dishes where very good. the lights are constantly off and therefore make it unattractive to sit in the louche (without music) or to go to the (old broken) playroom downstairs. staff is a 3 out of 5 as they could be more explaining the options of the hotel and where to go for the breakfast or the gym room

It was our second time at Notera and wel loved it again. The location of the hotel is great and we had a lovely lake view room. Close to the forest but also close to all the restaurants in Charzykowy. The rooms are very comfy and big. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfast selection has something for everyone. The hotel spa is also great. I like that after 20:00 the swimming pool is for adults only and it’s really calm. The no stress zone is worth to check out especially on a rainy day. We liked the addition of the floating pool, which is great to check out. The spa treatments are professional and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sensory road in front of the hotel is also a nice addition.

The bikes we rented were in a poor condition, but eventually they served us well. I didn’t like that guests were parking their bikes in the hotel lobby, but i heard that they’re working on a bike shed.

Everything is top notch, breakfast is a highlight. By choosing this hotel, you just simply can't go wrong as it has all the aspects for a good lengthy stay.

I lovely hotel in a wonderful location, even in the winter! Superb facilities and a fantastic restaurant! Have always enjoyed my stays here and will be back in the future.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Friendly staff and tasty meals. Great masseurs and very tranquil SPA zone.

Guest were putting dirty dishes out in the hallway and they stayed there over a dozen hours.
