It was so comfortable and felt very luxurious. We loved that our King room was like a suite with a corner sofa sleeper. We were able to have friends visit and not feel like we were sitting in a bedroom. Also, loved having a jetted hot tub as a hotel amenity.

My husband wanted scrambled eggs for breakfast but there were none on either morning breakfast buffet. All the breakfast fajita fixings were out there, except eggs. That said, it really wasn't a huge deal. I would have never said anything about it except you're asking what we didn't like and this is the closest thing I can think of!

Great location and easy to get to, staff was friendly and helpful. We actually had a minor issue that we called the front desk about once we were in our room- the TV had a small defect but it was very noticeable while watching it- and the staff immediately offered us a different room and made that transition very easy. The gym is available 24hrs as should be -and the equipment is new and fun to use. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub

The only dislike was the entrance and exit - there is only one to the main highway and it can be difficult to exit the property even when turning right. Bummer- they need another exit/entrance on the other side as well.

The Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Quality Coffee & Tea Selections ; variety of menu , Eggs , Bacon , Sausage , Fresh Fruits , & multiple kinds of Cereals & kinds of Milk. Nice Shower , water pressure & temperature . Television was easy to operate as have Direc TV .

Room was Chilly ; we did not locate Thermostat until morning of second day . Assumed it was because it was cooler outdoors & there was not a way to adjust .

This property was highly recommended to us by a friend. We loved it and did not want to leave the comfy bed. From check-in to every interaction, our stay was great. We would definitely book again when/if we're in the Canton area, as well as recommend to others. The staff (Front Desk & Housekeeping) was great and so accommodating of every request and inquiry; our room was great (did I mention the comfy bed); the Fitness Ctr was great; COMPLIMENTARY Breakfast was great; the Lobby was welcoming with beautiful decor and artwork and I noticed the bowl of apples (maybe wrap those :-)); The location was great, accessible to highway for our short commute; as well as many dining and shopping options. Oh, onsite free parking was great. TY Hyatt Place-Canton for a great stay!

The rooms were nice. I appreciated the decor of the room and spaciousness.

The beds were uncomfortable and someone left their trash in the hallway. This was horrible because it remained in the hallway all night. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned. This was not indicated at the time of booking or check in at the hotel.

The fact they decided to do carpark maintenance and close the majority of the parking lot when we were there meaning we had to park in a lot for the neighbouring restaurant overnight.

Hotel is conveniently located and close to shopping and restaurants of all types and varieties. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub well maintained and area kept clean. Breakfast features a different item each morning and was ok. Fridge in room

Beds were not very comfortable and were a bit noisy. Previous reviewers did not lie when they talk about the road noise. Close to main thoroughfare and large highway. Microwave available by elevators, not in room. Odor in room was a bit musty. Filter of hvac unit may need changed.

The room was very comfortable and accessible. Both the bed and shower were excellent. The morning breakfast was very good. The staff was always available and enthusiastic to help. It made our visit to Ohio very good.

There was nothing I did not like. When I had questions about local food, the staff was more than willing to suggest spots to visit.

Loved how clean the place was and love the location east to get anything you want food shopping anything

Only thing I didn’t like it that the pool was closed early so the kids had to sit in the room after 9:30 or so at night
