We spent 3 nights in this unique hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience. We were enchanted by the minimalist architecture with traditional decorations and a beautiful view of the Mekong River. Spacious and modern apartments. Every morning before breakfast, we cooled off in the pool and relaxed in the cozy hotel restaurant with delicious food. Free bicycles are available to guests to reach the village and the temple. The hotel also offers tuktuk, boat transfers and bus tickets to other parts of the country. Really good place to take some rest during long trip.

The terrace door in our room didn’t lock properly. It could be easy opened from outside. But we felt very safely anyhow.

Very attentiv staff, we had very helpfull informations and support for our arrive from the airport in Pakse and for our trip to the 4000 islands. We had a great stay enjoing every morning the beautifull terrace for breakfast and before the sunrise from our balcony. Fantastic wievs to the Mekong river. Very attentiv staff specially at the reception. Everything was excellent. We had a great time. And speciall thanks for the birthay sweets for my partner. Adorable!

The only issue was the bicycles, they are not very good in shape, but not a big problem. Distance for downtown a bit far, in the evening not convenient, because of the distance and the bicycles. Better by tuck, tuck.

What a lovely hotel. Situated right on the bank of the Mekong River. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with airport transfers. The room was great and the bed comfortable and overlooking the river. The food was very good and reasonable. There was a small pool with sunbeds which was a bonus.

Champasak is a very quite area and while we enjoyed our stay it's great fir unwinding for a few days but probably more as a staging post fir travelling further eg 4 thousand islands.

Best hotel in Laos! We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I

A wonderful place looking straight on to the Mekong river where you can enjoy an edenic scenery from early morning to sunset. The nature around is enchanting and everything invites you to relax. The welcome is friendly. The manager and his staff are very considerate and smiling. They know how good customer service is. They were also very helpful in booking for us a trip to 4000 islands (we took a boat from their pier which is down the stairs from the hotel). The room is clean and very comfortable. The terrace overlooks the Mekong river and its quiet life. The swimming pool is a pleasant place to relax. The restaurant is good. We had such a blast there that we decided to extend our stay 2 additional nights! We highly recommend this place! This is one of the best hotel we did in Laos so far!

Everything was great. We have 2 suggestions that could make the experience perfect: - The music at the restaurant is western pop and loud music all day long (often the same playlist). It would be more appropriate to suit the music with the atmosphere (which is relaxing and quiet). - The breakfast is rather scanty. For a hotel that is such a marvel, that’s a little disappointment.

Def one of my favorite hotels in Laos. The view is stunning, the employees are super helpful and so nice. They managed everything for us including a pickup to go the 4000 islands without having us go back to Pakse. The rooms were really clean, big and the beds were super comfy. The pool area and the garden were also amazing. Also, the restaurant was super nice.

Please be aware that there will be a lot of small mosquitos, geckos, etc around cause it is directly on the river. Def not the hotel's fault, however just keep it in mind. The hotel is also a little bit further away from the Champasak City center, but I do not really think that this is a must-see anyway.

Perfect stay! Arriving at The Riviera Champasak Mr. Phouds smile made us feel immediately welcome! All the staff are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious, very comfortable, super clean with an amazing view on the Mekong river! Bathroom with seperate toilet and seperate shower. Good restaurant. Nice pool. Great rate for what you get. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay memorable! ❤

A seperate section with vegetarian dishes on the menu would be nice.

Nice services (booking transport via Mekong to Mueang Village to ketch the bus to DonDet or getting a motorbike), restaurant was really good and prices ok, pool was nice. On the first night our room was quite noisy and a change on the next day was not a problem. Staff was nice and helpful.

Pillow to high and to hard.

A fantastic hotel with a magnificent landscape view. Our room overlooked the mighty Mekong River. We took in the sunrise and sunset over the Mekong. The staff was extremely courteous. We enjoyed the boat ride across the Mekong river. it was breathtakingly beautiful. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the hotel manager, Aaitui Sengmany, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

There was nothing to hate. We experienced one of the best stays at this hotel.

wonderful location. Great staff They were very helpful and facilitate to organize our trip to Vat Phu and book for the transfer to Pakse airport and bus station. We did enjoy the nice restaurant. Delicious breakfast was included
