Big and comfortable hotel. Ski and out. Nice pizzeria and good buffet restaurant. Comfortable public areas. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Good parking garages (payable but well worth it as on street parking near the hotel is non existent). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and well area are very nice.

If you book with Booking.com you probably have to pay extra for wellness/pool and it isn't cheap - check the terms and also see if booking direct with the hotel may save you if you want to use things like the wellness area a lot.

The hotel is an amazing place for the families. They have an animator and a special play room where children can play together. The entire staff is very children friendly and they remain very flexible and understanding. Food is delicious but remember to book a table at the reception as they get busy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (not new but clean and comfortable). There is a ski bus which takes to the cable car station. Lastly, we would like thank Dawid who was in charge of the restaurant for being an amazing host - we will not forget you.

I will give this hotel 20 out of 10. Everything there is just outstanding. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a very comfy super kingsize bed. The view from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast was very good and very tasty. The most delicious and fluffy scrambled eggs I ever had. The hotel has parking which is a massive bonus. The staff are the friendliest and funniest I ever met. They know the area very well and will give you tips and advice for everything. I will highly recommend the hotel for the summer or winter holidays.

First of all a big thanks to the hotel: Due to road blockings we had to switch our booking by five days. Even though we didn't have the right for a free cancellation anymore, the hotel switched our booking without any problem! We didn't expect our room to be so large - and it was not only one room, we even had a kitchen and a separate room with two beds. So, it was more like a suite. The pizza served in the restaurant was tasty and the breakfast buffet offered a big choice. The village itsself was very quiet, many hotels closed were closed during the summer. And if you are looking for some thrill use the Gavia pass for arrival. ;)

The indoor parking was a bit pricey, very difficult to park anywhere else. It wasnt very clear when I made the booking that we dont have access to the pool and we had to pay to use it.

Perfect organisation of the reception and restaurant. A family place with executive standards. Elegant and discret assistance with personal touch. Thanks to Dawid the.manager for always being there for us. The breakfast to go a day before early departure was the cherry on the cake. Shuttle service to the slops.

The price did not.include use of a the in-room kitchen. Expensive entry to the swimming pool. Expensive parking.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. . We has a spacious room with a balcony and a huge comfortable bed. We were able to park our motorcycles in a safe underground car park for 5 euros a night. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The food was really good too.

Couldn't really enjoy sitting on our balcony as there was a man cutting the grass up until late at night but I guess thar was just bad luck.

We were on a European tour on motorbikes.Hotel was brilliant we had 3 nights including breakfast which was excellent .has secure underground parking €5 per bike per night. Restaurant and pizzeria were perfect and the staff were brilliant and friendly and spoke English. Thank you. I would definitely go there again

Rooms cleaned daily, very spacious and sunny. We had 3 toilets for 5 people :) View of the ski slope from the windows. Very nice service and helpful personnel. The wellness area is very pleasant. Tasty breakfasts and professional service in the restaurant. I recommend Sunny Valley for beginners and intermediate skiers.

It would be nice to refresh the decor of the rooms a bit. No vegetables and salads for breakfast

Internet connection was terrible throughout the stay. It was impossible to use it normally. Beds are pretty hard. No fresh vegetables and only one cheese type for breakfast.
