This was my second stay at this hotel and I liked it as much as the first time I came. The facilities are really good, the two pools are nice (one of them is pretty and the other one is huuuuge!). The rooms are spacious and the staff really helpful. The views in the evening are amazing, perfect spot for beautiful sunsets!

I would have liked a real duvet. Unfortunately, there seems to be the trend in the Philippines to have these acrylic or polyester blankets which are quite soft but under which you are either too cold or too warm. Your body cannot breeze properly and you tend to sweat a lot. I prefer to sleep under bedding made of natural fabric.

Location was great, the eggs were under cooked. The rest of our breakfast and dinners were good.

Conservation of towels and room clean up during stay. The toilet started leaking, and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower.

We stayed in this hotel when we were in Taglibaran City with my family. First of all, it is very easy to reach the hotel. If you reached the city by ferry, you can reach the hotel in 5 minutes with a motorcycle or car. The employees were very nice and helpful. They carefully answered every question we asked. My mother and father especially liked the hotel. The hotel's atmosphere, pools and sea view were wonderful. We took more photos in this hotel than in the city. The rooms were clean and the air conditioners were working. We did not use the restaurant because we ate outside. I have no information about this. However, I recommend this hotel to you.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile. The staff are more than happy to help you all the time, nothing is too much trouble and they are always professional and kind. Juliet was always happy to help us and the trainee hospitality staff were so lovely, they also have a great chef and food was always fresh and tasty. We had a great room with a choice of two pools and the most spectacular sunset. I would love to go back. Thank you Kasagpan for making our stay so good, we also extended to stay longer. Hope we are back one day.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They always help us to get rides around the city. The room, including the toilet and bath, are spacious. The grounds are clean and well maintained. They have a great view of the sea. The food in their restaurant is delicious.

The airconditioning unit in our room is old, so it could not cool the room. We were provided with electric fans but still was not enough with the summer heat.

They prepare your breakfast based on your selection and it is served at the time you select. You get to enjoy the infinity pool and your own private beach. The sea water is so clear and transparent that you can see small fishes in the ocean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay very enjoyable. Our heartfelt thanks to manager and all the staffs.

We already suggested the hotel manager to have an additional big mirror in addition to a very small mirror in the bathroom of the Family room and to adjust the water flow which was too low to even wash off soap from hand. They provided another small but little bigger mirror to accommodate our request and will work on the water flow issue.

Staff! Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting on the water. Food was tasty. Big main room and bed. Good for relaxing but think it’s good for families too (two pools). Would definitely consider returning here and recommending to others.

If you are squeamish of insects and such you might be a bit uncomfortable here. When we arrived there was a giant spider in the bathroom. Fortunately she did not return after being kicked out. The roof of the bathroom is quite shabby so it lets in the bugs in easily…but when in a tropical place you have to expect/accept this. If you are a light sleeper, the chorus of dogs barking at night might be an issue for you (we found it hilarious). If you rent a scooter via the hotel (it’s not directly with the hotel it’s a third company) be sure to clearly document / understand the daily charge.

It was our first time to visit Bohol on this trip so we had no idea how everything is going to play out, but by the second day we were glad that we chose Kasagpan Resort. The location is perfect, it’s quiet as it is away from the busier resort town of Panglao. The sea view is amazing especially during the sunset. The two swimming pools are great for all ages and the water is so clean. Our favorite part of our stay are the staff, Irene, Bea, Juliette and everyone else. They’re the reason why our experience of Bohol was extra special. They were there each and every time we needed something. They have our meals ready at the moment we want to eat specially during breakfast(my favorite meal of the day). We will be coming back to Bohol for more and we’ll definitely be staying in Kasagpan.

The infinity pool was gorgeous. All the rooms were very clean and despite the colours being a little drab, the beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. The location was a decently big draw for me. It's located equidistant from all the major malls in the area (ICM, BQ, various Plazas). The resort owns a van, and can be rented to drop you off wherever you need to go for a very affordable price! The resort grounds were kept very well maintained and clean. The grass was green and the pool water was crystal clear.

The breakfast was a little barebones. I had the filipino breakfast which comes only with Longonisa, Rice, and two eggs. It did, however, taste delicious, so this is barely a complaint. Sometimes the showers/sinks would lack water pressure, but I understand that it is not the fault of the resort and rather with the city.
