Both restaurants at the hotel are amazing! The room was very clean and cozy. SPA was fantastic! The breakfast was very nice but lacked some basic food such as soups, French fries or salads.

Stayed for 2 night with my partner. Booked room for1 night on booking, but decided to book it for another night, so we made a reservation for the second night and paid for it upfront as well as parking for 2 nights. The next day, a staff member asked us to leave our room even though we paid for the second yesterday. Upon departure, some random guy asked to park our car elsewhere due to some contraction work. Also, we were asked to pay extra 15 EUR for parking even though we paid 50 EUR for parking for 2 nights. I believe there is some sort of miscommunication between stuff members or their internal systems are outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel by the Baltic Sea coast. The check-in was smooth and the girl behind the desk was polite and professional. She gave us a free upgrade and was always there during our stay. She could smile a little bit more, but we appreciated her honesty and efficiency. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you, Raisa at housekeeping, for your good job! The spa area was a bit cold, considering it was below freezing outside, but we enjoyed the warm sea water pool and the "la stone" massage. The massage was relaxing and the therapist was not too chatty, which we liked. The lobby bar had some amazing cakes and a lovely atmosphere. We were impressed by the man working behind the bar on Monday night, who was super professional and attentive. He was the best staff member we encountered during our stay. Thank you! We had dinner at Il Sole, a modern Italian restaurant. The appetizers and side dishes were great, but the duck was disappointing. It was chewy, dry, and undercooked. The waiter forgot my wife's duck, so we had to eat separately. We did not complain, as we had an infant with us, but we expected better from a 5-star hotel. The Italian lemonade and focaccia were the two highlights of the dinner. One of the highlights of our stay at Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA was the breakfast buffet, which was probably the best in town. We were spoiled for choice with a variety of dishes, from hearty bacon, cheese, sausages and fried eggs, to lighter cereals, fruits and natural yoghurt. We also enjoyed the freshly-brewed coffee and tea, soft beverages, sparkling wine and freshly squeezed juices. The breakfast was served in a spacious restaurant with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and its long white-sand shore. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and fresh.

Just some nitpicking mentioned with the good stuff.

Our room in the main building was comfortable and beautiful, very clean and hade a wide variety of minibar goodies to choose from. Lots of room accessories, helpful staff at the reception counter and at the lobby bar. Very good breakfast. Average inclusive SPA area (the pay to use SPA amenities offer a wider variety but are rather expensive).

Some of the staff was rather rude. We were kicked out of the literally empty hotel restaurant because my girlfriend’s shoes were apparently (according to the waiter behind the counter) not up to par. The same waiter addressing us couldn’t express himself properly in English so we received a mix of russian-latvian blabber while getting fingers pointed at her feet - really uncomfortable. Stayed away from the restaurant during the 4 nights after that.

Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant stuff. Great location and breakfast with see view. All was just great, but bellow are suggestions for few improvments: + Clean watter in pools and jacuzzi + Introduce to breakfast process + Information about spa procedures should be available in rooms

- pool complex administrator was concrned that I do not have scrunchy to avoid long hairs in the pool, but he was ok with chloride fish souce smell in jacuzzi and yellowish smog colour of water in the pool. The jacuzzi smell follows you all over - the breakfast process is not clear, one day waiter insist to bring you a coffe, another day the say do it your self, third day they wait near coffee machine for order.... Really confusing, as each morning you do not know what to expect and will you get coffee or you need to do it yourself this time - for double size bad, please use 1 big matress instead of 2, which creates a gap between people

The location is great: there is a beach view, and nice walk around the beach. The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast room is big and the choice is very good with variety of local products and usual choice of high quality. The ones who like Prosecco for breakfast can benefit from this option. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast choice as mentioned above is very good, though in five star hotel one would expect there is a possibility to order an omelet or poached eggs to its own liking. The choice is great, so this option is not missed, though initially unexpected.

Great location, very friendly staff, spa 👍

Our number was kind of old fashioned and furniture in the shower was too old and not good looking :/ not so clean inside and we were with a little kid, so we came with a stroller..but in our housing the elevator was too old and too small, so we were forced to take stroller with a kid together (lucky..I was with a husband) for 3 nights 600 eur (2 people) Parking - 25 eur per day We paid 75 EUR..and there was a problem with parking place, we came with a van and asked to keep 1 place near the entrance, but our request was rejected..even the man understood if we would stay on the other place then we could not get out (when parching will be full)

The hotel was perfect. We ordered Classic room but uppon arriving, our room was upgraded to family room with separate room for our 4year old son. The staff was professional, breakfast was amazing as well. For hotel, room, breakfast and staff 5 from 5

I did not like the SPA zone. It was small for 5star hotel I think. One large pool and 3 saunas. If you want more than pay big minēt to get extra saunas in VIP zone. Next day one of those 3 saunas was not even turned on. One more think I did not like was that 2 lanes from the pool was occupied by those who had individual swimming lessons. I think if its included in price than there should not be some one as VIP in that zone. Its my oppinion. AS well the small children pool was full with sand and in SPA zone was lot if dead flies🤔 so it was not as clean as I expect 5 star hotel to be. Overall it was not bad, but as I like saunas A lot, this was not for me. Rating 2 from 5 for SPA zone. If you want to big spa zone with pools and saunas better take Jurmala SPA hotel. 😉

Staff was extremely friendly and offered assistance at every step. Great room with nice view and clean. I really enjoyed the spa and direct access to the beach.

I ordered several drinks while on the beach, they were cheaply made. Consisted of mostly ice and really had no taste. With the cost at 30 Euro for two drinks, I would expect more. Breakfast could be better, the selection was minimal and not great quality for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast room was very generic and the tables were positioned too close for me and crowded.

Rooms where quite big and soft pillows- everything was clean and staff was super helpful! Beach and chairs was comfortable and nice! Kidsclub also super! Beach club food was good and even better drinks. They had pilaf and that was very good.

I had superior sweet (2rooms) there are almost no electricity outlets free to use in the room and bathroom there is absolutely no space to but anything! Lobby needs to be renovated. Restaurant seafood was really bad- most fresh (tartar ect) was not fresh to salty to hide it but service was very good! At the spa the pools are to cold for children or to enjoy.

This is a very luxury hotel on a sea shore with its own Sunbeds and Beach bar on a Beach. In overall, on every step You need a service - all Staff is smiling, very supportive, speaks fluent Russian (or English if someone has "issues with Russian"). The overall ambience is great and cozy, room was great to me and my son, breakfast was rich, Sunbeds were available even during peak hours (and local staff supported to quickly find them and "accommodated"). SPA has large waterpool with sea water +28, jacuzzi, 3 different saunas etc. Italian restaurant staff again Surprised - great Menu options, service was fast and great. I look forward to come back to this hotel again for some "longer stay" for sure!

(at least in our room 251) - the toilet located at the corner and close to the wall. I was able to Sit on it (pardon for "Details") only 45" degrees from straight :) also, all night some electrical relay was loudly switching off/on every ~5-10 mins.. We "sleep well" so just "skipped complaints to reception". but for someone more "Sensitive" may be an issue...
