The location was amazing. Right above the train station for easy transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to the restaurant. The room was very spacious and incredibly clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The aircon did not work.

Stayed with a large group for a wedding and returned very late one night but this was no issue at all as the reception was 24hrs. Hotel itself is a beautiful building with excellent transport links. The breakfast was fresh and delicious one of our party is gluten intolerant but it was no problem at all and a varied selection was provided by prior request. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the staff were exceptionally helpful but I must make a special mention to Miguel on reception – at the end of our stay I was having difficulty arranging transport in Ischia for the next part of our travels due to my inability to speak Italian he communicated this to a taxi driver and messaged confirming prices and pick up location for me. This made our onward journey so smooth, and we are very grateful to him for going above and beyond. He made sure all the details were accurate for me which I feel makes him such a valuable member staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIGUEL. Happily, stay here again should we return to Mergellina, overall experience was fantastic thank you Hotel Metro 900.

Great location next to a station with easy links to the central station. Unfortunately there was a strike on that train line while I was there but it was only about €20 to central Naples. A supermarket nearby and a few restaurants within a few minutes walk. Felt secure due to the intercom to access the building and 24hour reception staff.

There is a bar available but they don’t serve any food. Even bar snacks would have been good to avoid having to go out in the evening. It can be a little noisy at night due to the trains. You can’t leave the aircon on when you are not in the room and it takes a while to cool the room down. It also seemed to be set on around 26 degrees and you couldn’t change it.

Very well located in Mergellina metro station, with quick access to the city center, the metro trains and to the marina and or ferry lines.

Room had a blocked window, there was no natural light. We had a pick-up scheduled at 7:00AM, we had no person at reception to check out at 6:50AM though normally check-out is supposed to be done between 6:30 and 11:00. Also would have appreciated more flexibility for an early check-in on arrival, our request was denied though it did not look the hotel was full.

Clean, better breakfast compared to standard basic breakfast in other hotels. Nice location near the metro station

No parking possibilities, so if you come with a car is a big problem to find a parking. To enter the building (because the hotel is inside the building) you need to ring for the reception for them to open the door, you don’t get a card or key to entry the building whenever you want.

Very good location near the seafront and in the same side with Metro station. All the staff was super friendly,ready to help you and of course professional. Breakfast with big variety and super fresh and tasty ingredients. In conclusion a wonderful and value for Money host experience. I will recommend this Hotel to everyone who want to have a special and professional treatment. Thank you for everything.

Difficulty controlling the air-conditioning but this was sorted to my satisfaction when it was explained that it was controlled on a central system and was bypassed so I could have it cooler many thanks 👏

Great location just about the Metro station but a little far from the town centre. Perfect if you are looking to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, shower is great and a treat to have breakfast included as most boutique hotels outsource to local bakeries where you can grab a croissant and an espresso. The TV is a smart TV so you can connect Netflix and Amazon Prime etc.

The noise of the trains going past. One of the staff members was great and spoke perfect English however one of them didn't speak any so our experiences were different depending on the time we called reception.

Staff excellent and location next to the Metro and a short walk to Hop on/Hop off stop. Our room was spotless. FResh fluffy towels every day.

Curb appeal not inviting. Entrance was like entering a speakeasy. Had to ring the bell, then take the elevator to the first floor reception. Unable to regulate the room temperature. No view of Naples
