Staff was great. Friendly & helpful. Woman responsible for daily breakfast was efficient, kept all offerings available without anyone even knowing she was there. I don’t know her name, but kudos to her! Bottled water was available—fantastic!

Entry to the building seemed roundabout, confusing to me. Road in need of repair—big holes & actually needs to be resurfaced.

The hot buffet breakfast and atmosphere were great. The drink selection was also delicious. The motel location was very convenient being close to a variety of retail stores.

There was a small darker area on the ceiling above the exterior window probably caused by moisture and the southwest corner our room had a few little white pieces of dirt on the carpet. Other than that, our room was very clean and inviting!

Breakfast was wonderful, just like the stay! I loved this hotel, I will make it my go to when I go to Hutchinson. We have a daughter there and a new grandson, so we will be there quite a bit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have no complaints, except I wish I could have taken the bed, pillows and blankets with me. The staff was very nice, and helpful. A plus guys!!!

It was exceptional!

Location to the major highways, food, and shopping. The hotel also had a great breakfast, clean fitness room and comfortable bed. Staff was very kind and professional.

Price overall for a smaller city was $12 to $18 more than I'm accustomed to paying, especially checking in so late at night and only sleeping about 5 hrs.

The facility was nice. It was clean and beds were comfortable. However it rained over night and the window in our room leaked so we heard the dripping water. When showering in the morning the tub did not drain so had to rewash our feet after getting out of the shower

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient breakfast.

Tub needed some plumbing work as water did not drain well causing us to stand in water a few inches deep as we showered. We did inform the front desk. Since we were only there a couple nights, it was not corrected in that time.

The breakfast was actually torn down before 9:00. I feel the staff should wait until 9:00 at least before tearing it down, not having it all done by 9:00. I said hello to one of the housecleaning in passing and she didn’t acknowledge me at all.

It was very clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating. They had a hot breakfast which was very good. The location was a little confusing to get to but we would stay there again for sure.

Just getting to the establishment

The location was excellent because it was very convenient to go to various restaurants nearby. The location was also very close to the attractions we wanted to go to such as the Cosmosphere and the Strataca Salt Mine. The breakfast was adequate but I have had better ones at other Comfort Inn and Suites that I have stayed in. My family really enjoyed the indoor pool.

According to my wife, the light in the bathroom was too dim to put on her makekup and I thought it was too dim myself.

The location was perfect. The bed was so comfortable! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The bathtub was very narrow and curved on the sides, sonit was hard to stand in, especially with a bummed knee.
