The location was great, having the HEB Market next to hotel and being close to all the downtown main attractions, the River Walk and other ammenities was a huge plus! Definitely a great place to stay!! We will return for sure!!

Room was great more than enough space for three adults on a short stay. We all got our own bed or a sofa bed and the room was massive. The free parking was really handy as were drove from Houston to watch a Spurs game. When we arrived we parked up and walked along the river walk had something to eat then went to watch the game. The supermarket next door to the hotel is also a massive bonus, it was really easy to load up on healthy snacks for the drive back to Houston. There was a coffee maker and microwave in the room which is big bonus.

The breakfast was absolutely shocking! I have stayed in many hotels and this breakfast set up is not good. The space where breakfast is laid out is too small, there is no order in such a small room and the food being served is just junk food. Just drink the coffee that provided in your room, pop next door to the supermarket and get yourself from fresh fruit and a pastry to go cos that breakfast set up ain't it!

This hotel is a 10+! The location was perfect and put us within walking distance of everything we came to see and enjoy. The facility is beautiful, and the hotel staff is amazing - from the front desk to the breakfast staff to housekeeping! The breakfast selection was terrific, and we loved the "Texas" shaped waffle iron! Our Deluxe King Suite was clean & spacious, and much larger than we had expected! We hope to return to San Antonio next year, and I guarantee the LaQuinta will be our hotel choice. Thank you for the perfect stay!!

Nothing! We loved it all!

Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, lots of pillows (always a bonus). Bathroom spacious, clean, hair and bath products there for you. Love that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The seating area with a couch, chair and desk was great. Walking distance to the Riverwalk and many attractions. Mini store, gas station and bus stop right across the street. Even though on a main street it was very quiet. Free breakfast had many choices and was really good. This place was clean and well taken care of. The staff were great and helpful, always nice and happy.

Not much negative I could say except we could not use the pool due to the weather but it looked nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. We were literally 5 minutes away from the places we wanted to visit and around 20 minutes from Sea World! The room was nice with plenty of space. The restroom had mini Dove shampoo and soap bar. Which is great because it doesn't tangle our hair 😅. Anyway the room has everything we needed to make our stay great. Also they had a great free breakfast!!! We definitely enjoyed that. The front desk has great customer service and answered all my questions. I think we got our room for a good price. We are definitely staying here again!! THANK YOU 🙂

We booked two rooms, one king and two doubles, they were right across from each other and that was perfect. They were very nice sized and very comfortable. The hotel was close to Lackland Airforce Base and the Airport. We booked because of the distance to Riverwalk and the parking included (a huge plus) Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The area around the Hotel is unpleasant. We booked to be able to walk the the sites due to having to pay for parking everywhere. We did not walk and had to pay for parking because of the of the amount of construction and vagrants. I know that the construction is not avoidable.

Generally well kept, good sized room, ample storage space for clothing, nice pool, coffee in the lobby, good breakfast, close to public transportation, and friendly staff. Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports. Only a few blocks from the Riverwalk (less than a mile walk to the convention center).

A few things needed fixing and they were not too quick about doing so (ice machine not working on my floor and never fixed over the 6 days I was there, no plate in the microwave and took several requests to get one, tub plug disconnected. Even though they said they had daily maid service (which I declined most days), when they came they did not clean, just replaced towels, emptied trash, and did not refill coffee packets on one of the two days.

I like the size of the room and all equipment inside. The hotel is located very close to the Riverwalk what we appreciated a lot. In walking distance was also HEB. Staff was very friendly and nicely behaving.

We have got a room which had a side door - used maybe as family rooms. The second night there accomodated some family 3 people who were very noisy. The door is not too soundproofed. In the pool were a lot of leaves - it need cleaning more often.

The room was a good size for three people: two beds and a pull-out couch for a reasonable price. The food looked good, but I wasn't hungry when they served breakfast. I usually eat later on in the day. The location is excellent, a 4-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to the downtown riverwalk. Hake, yeah, the place is perfect. And the area is impressive; I like it better than downtown Dallas. The vibe and the people are great.

There is an older scent, but that's just me. i used to work for a company called Bio Sweep, and we removed orders from hotels and apartments back then, but other than it cool

Staff were very friendly when we arrived/checked in. Room was large and provided comfortable amenities for myself and my husband. Great location to the Mercado and River walk attractions. Breakfast was decent of bfast and eggs and waffles. Biggest perk for me was the included parking for it being a hotel in downtown SA!

Hotel can’t really do much but if you are more of a soft comforter bed type person the bed we had wasn’t best choice (it’s on the stiffer side)
