The heated rooftop pool was very beautiful and I loved the experience of having a swim at night, with the view of the city. The view from our balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was very romantic, and elegant. The security of the building ie./ needing to use keycards for the elevator and to enter the lounge was a smart idea, and made us feel very safe.

Can’t find a thing to complain about other than checkout times should be later, haha! All jokes aside, this was an amazing experience. We will be back

An elegant suite with all the amenities one would want for a relaxing stay. The location was good for an easy walk to downtown, pubs, restaurants etc. and the parking was appreciate so the car was clear of snow during the recent snowfall.

One thing I notice that is pretty much standard in most hotels is the bedding. There is a sheet, then a duvet, then another thin sheet over the duvet but none are connected. As a result I end up fighting with the sheets as they move, slip around during the night. Trying to align the three is not fun. Perhaps just the sheet and a duvet/cover combination. Also, an extra blanket might be nice if one wants the extra weight.

Best hotel I’ve have stayed … room was perfect … paths all over with mountains all around …couldn’t have a better location and view… pool and hot tubs on the roof were amazing … they had bikes for guests to use (saved tons of money in rentals) and it was attached to the casino!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE

Parking garage was a little tight … door dented Wifi sucked on the smart TVs

Great location in downtown Kelowna. Suite was very large with one bedroom and two bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Cleaning staff were efficient and friendly.

Bed was quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Too bad there’s no airport shuttle set up.

Room was amazing, really spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need, including full kitchen with a fridge that made ice, and a washing machine and dryer. Great location with great facilities. Friendly staff.

Parking charge was expensive. Extremely hard to find, even with a GPS. Bill very confusing to work out what you actually were charged.

The suite had a well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable. The decor was lovely. Main suite bathroom was gorgeous! The grounds were lovely!

Everything was great. If you press me I could say the front desk was a little weird and non existent, and the bedrooms of the suite could have been more spacious, there wasn’t a lot of room to move around because the bed was too large for the room.

Great location on the beach! Beautiful view. Enjoyed the complimentary bicycles. The apartment was well appointed and equipped. Great rooftop pool.

The only minor complaints were 1)the lack of space and luggage racks in the bedrooms for luggage and 2) the lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes. Minor irritations.

Great location by the lake and in a fun part of town. I have never stayed in a nicer hotel. The room was beautiful and included a view. The pool was perfect for taking in views of the lake and relaxing.

My room was fairly close to some loud music next door. This is nitpicking because it shut down at a reasonable time and I didn’t lose even a minute of sleep.

We the had an extension cord on our deck across one of the chairs going to the boat that cleans the lagoon. In the morning they were pressure washing the windows & told us to stay off our deck because we would get wet & it was very noisy

Great location although difficult to locate initially. Upgraded to a fab suite with view. Exquisite amenities, roomy, well appointed & so comfortable. Great gym, spa & pools.

Needed your key to go anywhere. Front desk had no maps & were not very helpful with directions or info on wine country there in the Okanagan Valley.
