We stayed in a standard room but the room was beautiful. very big, huge bed, huge bathroom and shower. A good sized fridge in the room, with water and fresh milk! A very nice touch! Nice biscuits with the tea and coffee. Luxury coffee bags. Bathrobe and slippers Iron & Ironing board. Nice view
We were at a wedding. Food was okay - not great. Ran out of some things before everyone had chance. Breakfast was okay. Sausages were lovely but the bacon, tomato and mushroom were very dry. We were a table of 10 though, so Ii think those items had been prepared earlier and unfortunately they had dried out. There was loud music Sunday morning coming from underneath our room. I found out later, it was some kind of church service. This wouldn't stop me staying again though. Would just bring earplugs next time.. Lovely hotel.

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be a good stay. We had travelled from B'ham to attend a family wedding in the area. The staff were welcoming, professional, informative. The location is clean and well maintained. Just so lovely. The Hotel sits within a little Business estate next to a small thriving Football club. So unexpected, but adds a unique aspect to the location. As well presented on the outside, the inside did not disappoint. High standards of cleanliness everywhere. The Bedrooms.... Ahhh! Exceptional. The Bed, large spacious so comfy. We slept like babies. Shower facilities Beautiful. Then to top it all off, The breakfast... Brilliant! We intend to visit again next year as it was a wonderful stay and we are now inspired to explore Lytham a few miles up the road. Thankyou all staff at Mill Farm. Tina, Julia, Anthony, Kim and Team. You all contributed & made our stay awesome. Bless you all.
There was nothing not to like. Hotel at Mill Farm is wonderful.

The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. Georgia at Reception was very professional and friendly and she went out of her way to help us. Emily who served breakfast is a credit to the hotel. She was on her own taking orders, serving food, making coffee and clearing tables. She did this professionally and with a smile on her face. Management need to look at staff levels as Emily had far too much to deal with.
The Milano restaurant was closed. There was a limited choice on the menu in the Sports Bar. We asked for the beer battered fish and were advised there was no fish left. This was 7.30pm on a Saturday night.

The rooms were brilliant, and the location was fine. We didn't need anything that was in the centre of a town. The breakfast was very good. Felt very safe as you needed the room key to get through all the doors inside the hotel. Only downside was the bar closed at 10pm. I would definitely stay here again, we paid £62.50pp which I felt was very good value for money.
Just the bar opening hours, we weren't told that it would close at 10pm so when we came down after our meal, the bar had closed up.

The hotel was beautifully presented with a good choice for breakfast. Rooms were superb with an excellent football pitch view where you could watch the game if you wish - first one I’ve ever found which allows you to do this. The beds were large and very comfy, an excellent night’s sleep. As it was match day a parking space very close to the hotel entrance had been reserved to park in
Breakfast was a little slow but not a major problem

This was honestly one of my favourite places I have ever stayed. It was immaculately clean, the room was stylish, comfortable and well equipped with special little touches to make our stay memorable. We had a nice meal in the sports bar and staff welcomed us and looked after us, after a long day. My son loved the big bath. The staff were friendly, breakfast was fresh and well cooked, and we liked the location. We watched the sun rise from our pitch view which was stunning. We will definitely be back.
There was no pool table in the sports bar unfortunately but other than that, we have no criticism at all.

The staff were very nice and helpful in the hotel and we were greeted with a smile. The staff in Bradley’s bar were also very nice particularly Curtis who was very friendly and genuine. The room we stayed in was the large suite with pitch view, it was a fabulous room and very clean apart from a little dust on the wall around the tv in the lounge area. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional.
7.30am we got woken up by the fire alarm on the ceiling flashing red and an audible message telling us to evacuate the building immediately and do not use the lifts, we had to stand on the front of the hotel for a while n the rain half dressed and then had to sit in the coffee shop about 30 minutes until they figured out what the problem was, all the while the audible message still deafening with the same repeated message. Was almost 9 when we could go back to the room so we didn’t bother and stayed down for breakfast.

- clean, big room - the reason why I chose this hotel was an event at Ribby Hall Village, so it was the better option - there were slippers, iron and iron board, which were very usefull for us - nice: there were 2 small water bottles, tea, milk
- the pillows were very uncomfortable - too swollen - I couldn't use them, so I used a towel instead - the area is too isolated, there are one 2 places to eat and a market, that's all, no house, no much to do, you need a car/public transportation to go to Wesham/Preston - there are not enough towel racks - breakfast was included, not so rich/good, it counted, but, in weekends it can be taken until 10 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the rest, we are not morning people so this is why we skipped the last breaskfast

immaculate. staff went above and beyond with help in advance finding places to eat/drink locally. making sure that our stay was exactly what we needed and that we was fully happy upon leaving too. as a mystery shopper (I know shouldn’t say but I wasn’t working yesterday) it’s so nice to go somewhere & actually be completely happy with a place I’ve visited.
the only thing I did mention upon leaving, the sink was very unsafe. I got out the bath this morning & lent on the sink and it literally bowed on me. my partner had to come and help me keep it up and wedge a chair under it to keep it propped up until we could let you know. we looked under the sink and the bolts had come loose which was attaching the sink to the wall. so unsure how long that was ready to come away but it felt like an accident waiting to happen. it didn’t affect our stay but obviously I needed to report it.

The room was beautiful… Very clean and modern
The young lady at breakfast was very abrupt. Couldn’t be bothered or pay attention to detail. As she asked if breakfast was alright, she carried on walking - didn’t wait for our response. They were short of items available - no orange juice. Asked for extra mushrooms instead of black pudding (didn’t have any). She brought our toast, but we had to get our own butter… It’s just little things, but noticeable. The receptionist didn’t ask about our stay, just thanked us for our key - in hotels we’ve previously stayed at we’ve been asked about our stay. Thankfully the room was lovely.
