We booked online and arrived from New Jersey. Everything from booking to arrival and then checking out was great! ALL of the staff was professional and courteous.. The room was extremely clean and our bathroom was spotless.. The breakfasts were amazing, offered a great variety and the staff that worked the dining area were great! The fact they offer dinner AND 3 complimentary cocktails for each person was something we never experienced..Def a win in my book. The area for the pool and hot tub was extremely clean, and parking was ample. The location was perfect for where we needed to go and even around the hotel, there were plenty of places to eat if you wanted to venture outside the hotel.. Based on my experience, we would def stay here again 100 %!

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The overall feeling of the motel is one of a well maintained, clean, comfortable facility. The breakfast was very good. Items (eggs, sausage, etc.) were fresh cooked. The sausage, in particular, was some of the tastiest I have had at a motel breakfast. The coffee was also quite good. The complimentary supper was also very good, definitely an unexpected surprise.

The ONLY complaint I have about the entire stay was that the room refrigerator did not have a freezer section, a situation that has become more common.

The dinner and drinks were great after a long, hot day of softball. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got in from our daughters softball tournament just 10 minutes before they shut down the dinner and drinks, they made sure we had all we wanted before they started cleaning it up. Also, my daughter had gotten a sunburn because she "forgot" to reapply her sunscreen, the staff noticed her sunburn and offered to get us some lotion for it. Beds were very comfortable.

It's nice, the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is okay, evening food and drinks are excellent.

The price is a bit high. Obviously taking advantage of the super high prices for everything. No garbage bags in waste bins in room. No premium channels on t.v. ( for the price of the room they should have at least one or 2 of the big streaming services like HBO, Paramount etc. Especially since you can't link you phone to the t.v. to stream your own subscription to the various streaming services.

There was a great woman who was very helpful. Her name was Brittany, and she was exceptional. Because of her, I will definitely be returning. There was also a night concierge on Saturday at around 2am he was very patient and understanding with my exhausted state after a 5hr drive. My kids loved the pool . The hottub was nice .👌

Finding a dry place of dog poop on the side of one of my beds. I have a 22 month old and I was upset . I checked, and it was the only dog dropping in the room . I almost forgot about the smell of the hallway on the 3rd floor off the elevator and to the left. It smells like a dirty dog or something. The first floor smells great. They should have a requirement of clean pets . If you bring a pet, please clean up after it.I have dogs, and I know that they only smell like that when they are not properly kept up.

The kickback is a first for us, and it was awesome. Breakfast was awesome, the staff were excellent and friendly.It was busy with the cover bridge festival but was we'll handled by all. I will make Drury Inn & Suites my go to Hotel when possible. 5 stars from us. Thank you.

For as many rooms, there should be another set of elevators. Not a deal breaker though. I have nothing else u did not like. Thanks to all staff.

The hot full breakfast was very nice. The fitness center was good. Liked the evening kickbacks. Had popcorn snack every evening… loved it. Easy interstate and town access.

When we arrived the laundry outdoor door was not fully closed (we happened to park next to it and my husband mistook it for a guest entrance and got to the interior hall through the laundry!). It remained that way overnight and we reported this serious security breach the next day. Finally we saw someone fixing the latch/lock and it was secured. Front desk people were unaware when we reported it but as long as it was not closed anyone could come and go through the laundry with full access to the whole facility.

Breakfast was yummy! The pool and hot tub were lovely. The door between the pool and the outdoor patio area was open, which was really nice. The popcorn machine was a hit with the kids. The overall design of the hotel was nice. My kids loved the balcony area overlooking the lobby. There is an Olive Garden nearby and we enjoyed the to go option.

There are only 7 luggage carts for this hotel and there seem to be at least 3 areas where they are left. We were never able to find one when we unloaded or loaded, so we had to lug our cooler in and out without a cart. I would recommend asking at the front desk if you can't find one, because they can see them on their video screens if they are in one of the vestibule areas. I wish the Kickback appetizer/dinner was open a bit later. We missed it (and the drinks) entirely because we arrived at 8:20. Please publish the hours more prominently; I had trouble finding them. Also, the pool and hot tub were crowded at night, so we went at 9am and had them both to ourselves. It was worth paying around $10 extra for this hotel (compared to others in the area) to have the hot tub.

The breakfast and dinners had good selection of food and times were perfect. The 3 free drinks vouchers were a bonus! The staff was on top of things and quick to replace food when low and keep areas clean. Everyone was friendly. We loved the popcorn machine!!

The pool area...the over powering smell of pool chemicals hits you like a brick wall when walking in. My eyes began to water and sting and it was hard to breathe. We had to prop the door to outside patio open for some fresh air to make it bearable. Only 3 small ceiling fans circulating on a low setting wasn't cutting it...better ventilation is needed. But my 10yr. old son did have fun swimming, jumping in pool and making a new friend. The highway/main road traffic is loud (but can't beat the location being right off the highway and on a main strip with so many restaurants and shopping plazas) When we had bad weather roll through one night the wind was whipping and causing a high pitched whistling sound to come through our window. Luckily, it didn't last long but made for less sleep.

The breakfast and dinner was great. There was one staff member there that was great, I believe her name was kenley she was in the dining area on Aug 3rd. She went around to each table and asked if we needed anything. Shower was hot and water was soft. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

The pool is quite small so very crowded. There is only one washer and one dryer on the 7th floor. They were being used constantly so near impossible to wash your clothes. The front desk staff was not rude but they definitely weren’t friendly either.
