Novotel Hotel in Naama Bay has been my favourite hotel for many years. The food is absolutely delicious, always fresh, and of excellent quality. The beach is white sandy, with clean sun loungers and towels, and the coral reefs right by the hotel are stunning, teeming with beautiful, large fish. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the reception team—especially the young Russian manager—is exceptionally professional and attentive. The pool is always clean, with bars conveniently located nearby. The hotel is also perfectly situated next to the centre of Sharm, with a palm-lined road leading into the town. The rooms are modern and spotless, with fresh, new bedding and towels provided daily. Without a doubt, it’s the best hotel in the heart of Sharm El Sheikh!

The entertainment team on the beach was a bit too loud at times, but I understand everyone has different preferences for their holiday.

The beach is amazing and has a calm sandy side and a rocky side that is rich of fish and coral reefs. Thanks to Ms. Mona and Mr. Ali in the Palm wing who recommended our family room (4119) which was very close to all the hotel facilities, our stay was very comfy and relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the pool so much and kids’ movie nights. The public relations department represented by Mr. Romani were very keen to respond to all our requests and make our stay as pleasing as possible. We will definitely make it again to Novotel hotel with its spectacular location that is close to all the highlights of Sharm.

The taste and variety of the food could be much better, however, the food at the Egyptian dinner night (Thursday) was really good.

Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Facilities were very nice. The mango juice was amazing.

Room service food was not good at all. The croquettes were uncooked yet burned and the shawarma was tasteless. Do not waste your money on the room service food. I have attached a photo of the menu vs what they gave me.

Great all inclusive spot. We got a room at the Palm side at the back of the hotel. No sea view but very quiet and a huge balcony. The beach side was a few mins walk away. Nice all inclusive food and a good beach for hotel guests. Convenient location to shops etc. Typical resort entertainment which was fine. All staff very helpful and friendly

The food was good but some of it wasnt clearly labelled for vegetarians

Friendly management ,very fast and effective problem solving.friendly , polite staff, friendly waiters, calm location, spacious rooms, close to sea with wonderful corals and sandy beach. Nice food, good variation of products, and plenty of choice also for the vegetarian people.

We would like to have more english language, international songs while entertaining in the evening.

Good territory, not big but nice. Illuminated well. Wonderfull water table show and entertainment at all. Renovated rooms and new restaurant. Food quality. Nice peoples. Comfortable beds.

Personal could be trained better especially on reception. In restaurant personal works good, but quantity of people is not enough. Most of the tables are not cleaned and served in time. Must be at least 2-3 people more. Cleaning also needs more people. One person for block is not enough. Because of that cleaning is not so detailed as could be. For example bed sheets are not changed during all our stay (10 days). Some time marketing guys are very annoying. Especially "small" guy from Beauty salon. He can be aggressive when you refuse his offers.

Memorable stay with Novotel. The staff were exceptional especially Ali and Ahmed from reception who made the whole process seamless. The food was brilliant, a special shout out to Mohammed the BBQ chef, executive chef Mohammed Ashour and all the catering staff who made sure food and service was the best. House keeping staff, especially Ali was brilliant and ensured we were comfortable with rooms being cleaned daily and ample supply of towels and amenities. The kids loved the animation team and the kids events they put on, especially the kids disco. Thanks to Olga, Angelina and Natalie for keeping the kids entertained. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well cared for by all the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were particularly impressed with the variety and quality of the food, which exceeded our expectations. The facilities were top-notch, and we took full advantage of them, booking both the spa and the beauty salon—both of which were excellent. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. Overall experience was fantastic, and we would happily recommend this place to others.

The internet didn’t work for most of our stay and was only fixed two days before we left, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the airport transfer service was noticeably more expensive than those offered by other companies, which was disappointing given the otherwise reasonable pricing.

What a nice and friendly stay!!! Everybody in the the staff starting arriving at the hotel with Esra ,the good service in the restaurants , the cleaning , life guards ( if you want to go over the the rope take a life Boje with you so that the boats see you) - for the lovely fishes in front at the little reef you won’t need it ! The massage at the hotel also perfect - And then there is of course Olga - the great one !!! Don’t miss her water gym ! & all the other things with the Animation-Team !!! 👍🌴🤗❣️L&K Berlin /Germany

Everything was amazing Food : There were multiple options to choose from and always had fresh fruits. The meals are served for long duration , ensuring that it fits everyone's timings for breakfast/lunch/dinner Beach : Is super nice and clean. It is right on the beach , you wake up , get out of the room and you are right there :-) Location is great ! very close to the famous Farsha cafe, old market etc. There are also local shops nearby ( walking distance of about 5 minutes in case you wanna buy something) Staff is super friendly , always taking care of the comfort. If there's anything you need , let them know and they will be happy to care of it for you. Special Thanks to Roma and Restaurant Manager who ensured we had a comfortable stay. We would love to come back !

There's nothing that we didn't like , it was a great holiday.
