After my complaint that I had no hot water in the room and my refrigerator was empty, it was resolved to my complete satisfaction within 2 hours. Hot water and drink in the refrigerator. My rental car had a spot in the garage below the hotel. The staff was very helpful in getting back on the road. The breakfast was varied and well prepared. There was something to choose from for everyone. I really enjoyed the beautiful Zen hotel room suite. Atmospheric with beautiful lighting that creates a romantic atmosphere.

Some point of attention perhaps. Furniture coverings and floor coverings were no longer as attractive in general areas. They were fine in my hotel room.

Quite clean and always smell pleasant. Breakfast is way better than many other hotels in Pattaya. Coffee is excellent.

- Located in the middle of nowhere, far far away from everything - No market, no shop, no beach, not a single convenience store around. - It takes 25 drive mins (for 9 km) to go to the city center. Beach isn't close. - If you are a night life worm, this is not a place for you.

Mandarin Eastville Pattaya Hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and stylish decor. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Its location made it easy to explore Pattaya’s attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and upscale stay!

Nothing at all

A nice and pleasant hotel in Pattaya, located away from the city's noise and chaos. Easy to get around with Bolt, which is affordable and readily available. Nearby, there’s a 7/11 and a small supermarket. Great value for the price, with mainly Thai-style breakfasts offered.

The pool water is quite cold, and it would be nice if there were more facilities for children.

leady in recption not supporting us because there were insects in the room and she was answering the phone indifferently while I was talking to her... I hope the hotel management will look into this issue in terms of how to respect customers and cooperate with them... There is a better alternative now.

Good room and balcony size. Peaceful surroundings. Pools both good sizes, enough to be able to actually swim. Gym was okay but a few broken pedals on the bike and warm at first until the air con kicks in.

Deposit should be able to be paid via card because we got Thai money back at the end of the holiday that we’d have preferred to be able to spend whilst there

Breakfast is average. Could be better.

The ambient music. Should have put on relaxing music instead of beauty runway music which are tiring to hear. The management should check the quality of the shower head. If it leak, it don't work well. Guest putting on loud music at night until around 1.45am. Night shift staff should make rounds so that these type of guest will not disturb others.

My room was at level 7 and was quiet and clean. Buffet breakfast was included, the spread was ok as well to just fuel you up for breakfast. Will recommend if you are looking for accomodation in Pattaya.

Breakfast spread was ok, nothing spectacular but it was ok for us. The only thing I really didnt like was the extra bed, which was a thin mattress on a foldable metal frame. I can feel the frame when I lie on it.

Amazing hotel, really lived up to the pictures!! Facilities were great, rooms were exceptional and it was in a good location.

The gym was below expectations, more equipment is needed especially dumbbells. The sauna wasn't hot enough either. Small minor details.

Our second stay in last 3 months so would not go back if did not like the place/ Breakfast was fine for our needs and service staff very good

WE had our own transport so no problems there but location may be not ideal for some people without their own transport
