Had two visits here; one for 2 nights and another for 5. We stayed in a room and a suite; the rooms are definitely on the modest side in terms of size. The suite is quite spacious. It's a boutique style hotel with friendly staff and a great pool deck area. The restaurant is expensive compared to local food options but the food is very good. Breakfast buffer offering is totally reasonable considering the price. Overall a good value hotel for Lomé and one we'd return to and recommend. Plenty of beach clubs in walking distance that are nice to hang out at.

The bathrooms are not very spacious but it's a minor issue.

Best was the free pick-up and return to the airport. Room #255 was a free upgrade and matched the quality of a western hotel. The room was in a quiet location. The A/C was quiet and efficient. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff spoke English. A short 10 minute walk to Champion supermarket to buy water and snacks.

No elevator, but staff were helpful in bringing my suitcase to the room.

The hotel was very comfortable ! You could eat breakfast, lunch, dinner if needed. You could get drinks in the lobby. There was a nice pool. There was a cash point. Excellent customer service.

If you wanted to go outside the hotel for a walk it was not really convenient because the hotel is located at a very busy boulevard.

The staff were helpful. The hotel was very clean and my room was comfortable, the pool area had sufficient seating and umbrellas for shade.

The lock on my ground floor patio window was damaged. It took a while to sort out. By West Africa standards I found the prices of food and beverages to be a little overpriced. However, the food was excellent

Incredible hotel! Super clean, great security, spacious and comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond to make the stay special. Really good restaurant and breakfast. Across the street from the empty beach. Can not say enough about this hotel. Looking forward to coming here again.

Can't really think of something I didn't enjoy. If I was digging, I could say that the gym is very minimalistic.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, especially Lolita and Naomie. It was my 1st time to Lome and their kindness made it feel like home.

There were a couple times electrity had cut and there were issues with the air condition in the restaurant and reception.

Internet in my room 115 had low to no signal by the bed, I had to be closer to the door to get signal Gym needs a few more equipment Hotel taxis very old and rattled

Modern hotel, clean with a good restaurant and bar. The room is small but it has mostly what is needed. Pleasant decoration with art work. Nice cocktails.

The view was not nice, and it was a bit noisy, from the other guests Reasonable location. It was quite bust and not enough staff to help. Serving food and drinks takes a lot of time. Getting a cappuccino from the bar in the morning is also slow. Credit card payment is also very slow and need to try several times to go through.

Hotel manager went out of his way to be helpful. Really impressed as he went out to get me a bandage from the local pharmacy to help with an injury. Also CANAL+ in all rooms was great for the football. Reasonably priced rooms.

Breakfast is quite expensive 10,000 CFA. Would be good to have an express option (coffee and croissant) as you can find that in nearby cafe for 2000 CFA. Wifi in rooms could be better.
