Breakfast excellent with wide variety of options including for those with dietary requirements. Location. For us, ideal. 5 mins from Benidorm Palace. However, for the beach, probably a 15 min walk.

Surprisingly, as I can be quite critical of hotels, restaurants etc. I can't think of a criticism in this case. Even the underground carport eas reasonably priced & spotless!

Hotel is lovely, spacious, relaxing atmosphere, has everything you need for a chilled holiday. Rooms are huge, beds comfortable, bathroom had 2 shower cubicles, good supply of complimentary toiletries , 2 bottles of complimentary water in fridge which is a very thoughtful and welcome touch. staff helpful, efficient and professional. Relaxing pool area to back of hotel is excellent. The spa is very relaxing , i had a pedicure which was 5 ✨️ . Beautiful setting with mountain views.

Being accused of not paying for water in restaurant !! ( of course i had, and was apologised to, but didnt appreciate the attention) Food was varied but hot food not hot enough although there was a microwave . Show cooking is a hit if you like your meat. I had the tastiest roast turkey with gravy, roasted peppers and new potatoes one evening 10/10 . Never seen English scones and crumpets on offer for breakfast before in any other Hotels. Fresh orange was lovely as other Hotels tend to be just orange squash . Lovely choice of cakes for dessert, carrot cake, red velvet, lemon meringue, double chocolate gateux, nice choice of ice creams, lemon, nougat, pistachio, caramel, strawberry.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and luxuriously comfortable, with beautiful views that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Diverse and delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. The pool area was a highlight—great maintained with plenty of loungers, making it perfect for chilling in the sun. Good location - 20 min walk to the Levante beach and 40 min walk to the old town. The area had a lot of shops nearby. Overall, the place provided an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend it for a truly luxurious stay.

They organized various activities and games by the pool, but it seemed they only invited the "all-inclusive" guests to participate. We were never asked if we wanted to join, even though the staff invited others around us wearing the bracelet. However, this is just a minor detail and doesn't affect my overall opinion of the experience 😊

Rooms were really good and clean. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Clean towels and maid service each day. Wanted to use indoor pool but it wasn't heated.

Food was plentiful but wasn't very hot. There's a microwave but the plates are too big to fit in. Very clean restaurant. It was a quiet time when we visited the hotel so that may be why the food may not have been as hot. Never saw more than 10 people in restaurant at a time but the staff were always about. It was a fair walk from the beach and main strip but if mobility isn't an issue then it's fine. Daily bottles of water would be great but only given on arrival.

Location good, hard working staff, couldnt fault the food plenty of choice, a cooking station omeletts, eggs etc in the morn and meat & fish for lunch & dinner .. fresh pizzas and pasta cooked to order. got top brands of drink (when you are all incl and not many hotels do 'shots') rooms spacious ..there were 3 of us in our room and was spacious and bed size good. Cleaners in every day x

With it being winter (nov) the pool bar was shut (the main hotel bar was open) and with the pool being chilly there was no pool games ie water aerobics/polo etc there was games ie darts shuffle etc Johnny the animation guy is very good and tries hard to get people involved but when there are not a lot of people around the pool it hard, and could do with decent entertainment in the evening, I know people go outside the hotel but was talking to people who don't go out. was at the hotel in June and it was a lot busier around the pool etc etc ...saw a big diff at our stay in Nov but it won't put us off staying will return.

Near to Benidorm Palace (bit of a walk to seafront). Nearly everything especially most of the staff and the food was excellent. Great choice, good quality. Housekeeping good service.

You’ve booked for a hotel, it says parking on Booking.com nothing about charges. Its low season and hotel wants customers but even though the carpark is nearly empty they still charge extra to park. You cannot charge to the room. They do a card that you can put credit on but lots of staff think its s room key and say no to it and the restaurant refused to accept it. All the rooms seem to be on one side facing the dun .Not to bad in January but the heat through the bedroom windows when the sun is up is very hot even if curtains shut and the a/c just doesn’t cool it down. Would not be able to stand it in high season.

The staff at this hotel were all very polite, friendly and professional, especially the reception staff. Our room was large, airy and very comfortable, bed had a wonderful memory foam mattress. Very well appointed disabled access bathroom. Spa and pool facilities excellent. Grounds were very well kept and very clean. Some nice touches, bottle of red wine and chocolates in our room on arrival. I also celebrated my birthday whilst on holiday, and returned to our room to find a bottle of Cava and chocolates with a note wishing me a happy birthday. My date if birth must have been noted at check-in.

Breakfast was typical buffet fair, adequate, with less choice than we’ve had at other hotels. Unfortunately when items ran out, kitchen staff were slow to replenish . Evening meals were repetitive, bland, with few choices. We had booked half board, after 2 evening meals we decided to swop to lunch , and found it to be same. Result was we ate out rest of holiday. In room ,coffee and tea items were not replenished regularly, same with toiletries. Hotel does not operate a room charge system, which means more bank charge costs, if paying for extras by credit/debit card. Better for guest to be able run a tab, and only have one bank charge.

Happy with everything. Location was good, approx 15 min walk to beach. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds really comfy, powerful shower. And a good Fridge in room. If you're not a fan of lifts, or don't like heights this could be an issue as hotel was 19 floors high, we stayed on 15th floor. That said, Lifts worked well though, no issues, and this is standard with all hotels in Benidorm. We stayed all inclusive and I felt it was worth it. For me the food was great but I would say that my partner is vegetarian and there wasn't much for her to eat, although she didn't go hungry due to chips and bread rolls but they didn't cater for vegetarians at any meal, no veggie sausages at breakfast which is standard nowadays. But that would be my only criticism. And we would definitely stay there again.

We had gone specifically for a spa weekend. Treatment was fabulous, Our room was very clean beds were lovely and big and comfortable. The staff on the desk were very helpful. Very attractive clean hotel.

The guests above us were dragging furniture around on the tiled floor all night from 1am ( maybe need to put felt cushions on legs if chairs etc) you could also hear them talking so not much sound proofing. The spa area was looking very tired and some jets and jacuzzi weren't working it also smelt a bit musty. The lady on the desk was also not very friendly. No coffee making facilities in the room ( you have to order and pay extra which we did but it never arrived 🫣) Only 4 lifts for 18 floors a bit of a wait but must be terrible in summer months.
