Can not find any fault

Not a very cheap hotel, but you don't have many options in Konya. What you got was still very good though.

The gym was a bit disappointing. I mean its included so I cannot complain too much, but I tried to go for a run on the treadmill and it was quite dangerous. The treadmill stopped randomly after like 30 min of running, which is extremely dangerous. Also there was no ventilation, so it felt extremely humid and it made me dizzy after a while. But it doesnt change my rating, since the room was perfect.

This is my second time staying, and everything is wonderful n' exceptional! Thank you once again.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with our luggage and any queries we had. The room was very comfortable, quiet and had water and snacks which were provided for free in the fridge. At reception, there were many items to purchase should these be required which was great, and free coffee. The facilities were great, it was a great location - the surrounding area was brilliant and the people in Konya were very friendly and accommodating for tourists, We felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel. Highly recommend!

The spa facilities are lovely! I used the sauna and hamam on a couple of evenings and also had a massage from Jyoti who was fabulous. Highly recommend if you are at the hotel. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. One gentleman (Z, a man in his 50s) at the reception desk with excellent English was particularly friendly and helpful. Bell boys were very polite. Hotel is well situated, near to Alaadin Hill, the tram stop and only a short walk from the main attractions. It's also near to many bus stops if you want to explore beyond Konya (Sille for example) Lovely roof top area. Perfect for a drink or food. Beautiful sunset from here.

There are notices in the hotel advising No Smoking so its a shame there is a slight smell of smoke in some corridors. The hotel is on a bit of a dark back street so were a little concerned when we first arrived but this is Konya, a perfectly safe, clean place!

Breakfast so good and almost all good

I booked this hotel many time and last time and this time in 2024 same incident happened. When I reserved this hotel last time and this time I mentioned at the time of reservation with breakfast but all time I pay breakfast amount that was 400 Lira per person that was surprised for me second time it’s happens so for others it was my advice recheck the reservation otherwise they will ask you extra payment

Good breakfast, friendly staff and right at the center of the city.

My bed was not comfortable, but the receptionist said they could have changed the mattress (I could have asked in the beginning, but why keep a soft, uncomfortable mattress to begin with?). Internet connection was awful. Something simple was not working and they are one of the best hotels of Konya. They need to work on this.

Selçuk Hotel is right in the heart of Konya, therefore, it is a perfect starting point to discover the city. Due to the tram connection, it was also easy to reach it either from the train or the bus station. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff was really kind and hospitable. The room looked just like on the pictures; it was big enough with comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic, they offered a wide variety of cheese, olives, jam etc. - we could have a proper Turkish breakfast with fresh simit as well. We would gladly return.

It felt like air conditioning was not functioning well.

A hotel with a nice lobby. Friendly staff, ready to help and answer your questions! We got a room according to our wishes - thanks to the hotel administration! Enough spacious room with good furnishings and comfortable beds. WiFi free and good working. We were pleasantly surprised by the gift from the hotel - in the evening we received a dessert! The location of the hotel is excellent - all the sights of the city are within walking distance. We were in Konya by car, there were no problems with parking, as the hotel has its own underground parking (previous reservation needed).
