Beautiful and chilling resort which is very kid friendly. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. The farm visit was great, plenty of fruit trees to see and kids can ride pony, feed donkeys, play with rabbits and other farm animals which was a great half day out. There are also hamam, massage and facial. We tried all and these are very relaxing. The initial exfoliation part for the facial is a bit rough, but the final outcome was great resulting in very smooth skin. Small children playground and also some ball games are available too. Plenty of apricots rippen in the trees during our visit in late May. Very tasty and can pick and eat any time. Food is delicious. Staff is very friendly, especially Kader, Majid and Aziiza.

The room is a farm house and it's a little bit old, understandably it is not as comfortable as a hotel. Not a lot of staff in the resort and thus meal serving could be a bit slow when there are big groups of costumers. Not much to do around the area, so it's most suitable to just spend time and relax in the resort.

1- The food: we had the best dinner of our Morocco trip in the Sawadi Lodge. Everything was delicious, including the meal itself, desert, tea, coffee and drinks. The service was top notch- we even took a pic of our waiter Mansour. He is something else. 2- The service: not only during dinner- the host and the staff were on a mission to make sure that every minute was a joy. 3- Rooms: comfortable, pretty, authentic. The hotel grounds have character. There is an appealing swimming pool that we didn't use because of the season.

Hard to say- nothing really- just a general comment about the size of Skoura palmeraie. It's very large. The roads are narrow, twisted, with many bends. It takes 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the Kasbah Amridil- the distance as the crow flies is 7 Km, but the road distance travelled is almost 12 Km in slow conditions.

Beautiful grounds & lush garden with a large saltwater pool and terrace. Interesting setting in the palmeries of Skoura. Lovely spacious room in the deluxe cottage with private rooftop terrace overlooking the gardens. Friendly helpful staff.

No wifi in the room; however good wifi in the main lounge area. Limited vegetarian options for evening meal (& nowhere else close to eat).

We stopped here for only one night on our way along the road of the Kasbahs, but actually should have stayed longer to explore the beautiful surroundings. The farm can be reached by normal car via a bit adventurous piste, but there signs everywhere and Google Maps also works well. The accommodation is spread over several bungalows in a beautiful, flowering garden, surrounded by fields that are farmed organically. Our room was on ground level, very spacious and with tastefull decoration. The hot water in the spacious bathroom also worked very well. Dinner was delicious and the staff very warm and friendly, as were other guests. Breakfast was outstanding, with a buffet including many homemade products and several teas to choose from, something you don't find almost anywhere in Morocco. We haven't used the pool as it was quite fresh in April, but it was very clean and nice located in the garden. One remark: It is better to bring cash, as card payment is sometimes not possible depending on the internet connection.

The pool area was lovely and also relaxing. Really beautiful gardens to walk amongst. I liked the fact that the four of us shared a bungalow type property but with separate facilities like showers. The food was good and they were fairly sensitive to the limitations of what I couldn’t eat. We had access to a lovely roof terrace in our property which meant great views of the mountains

What I found difficult in nearly all the properties we had on our tour of Morocco were the showers. It would have been great if they were contained instead of open to prevent splashing .

The location is great for having quietness and peace. Too bad we did not stay longer. The pool was clean and my son enjoyed it. The location has pleny of games for the kids. A place to relax. Dinner was very good. If you need internet, keep in mind that you will only have it in the main building of the hotel which make it also nice as a relaxing hotel

Perhaps because we were in ramadan time, although breakfast has a lot of variety, they were running out of many stuff and it took a lot of time before they restocked the food. If you need internet, keep in mind that you will only have it in the main building of the hotel which make it also nice as a relaxing hotel

It is such a beautiful resort and the host Nicola is really friendly! We had some interesting conversations with him about his family's life and work experience in Morocco. Everything is perfect. The dinner and the breakfast are fresh and tasty. My elder son also really enjoyed the cute animal farm. Do go and check out if you are traveling with kids.

We only had one night and wish we have more time to stay longer.

Very helpful staff and we were given a tour of the farm and vegetable gardens, nice pool and we had a good meal with home produce. There are now helpful signs to the lodge so we found it easily.

Our room was a bit close to the 100 cow dairy farm next door, but the aroma was better when the wind changed direction!

The ecolodge is well positioned within olive groves and fruit and vegetable gardens in the oasis region of Skoura. It is a welcome retreat to the hot and arid countryside in summer. It is definitely an oasis of coolness and tranquility, with many trees and the constant sounds of birds and animals (and a swimming pool). The staff are very friendly and polite and try to make the guests as comfortable as possible. The food is well provided and delicious.

Cozy cabin feel with a fireplace! The restaurant is one of the nicest we visited and had the best breakfast. There were lots of great amenities within the natural landscape of the walls of this estuary, with a beautiful pool, spa, games and lovely hikes and walks with great views of the mountains. We would highly recommend at least 2 night here to enjoy everything this ecolodge has to offer.

Skoura is located in an oasis just before the Atlas Mountains and the ecolodge is located about 7km outside of town making it a little bit difficult to get to for a one night stay. As mentioned in other posts, it's a wonderful place but to really appreciate what this place has to offer, we wish we had planned on staying at least 2 nights.
